The Basics What will be included on the site? Currently the core Brochure and Avon Living What Campaigns are shown? The processing Campaign (NOT the selling Campaign) is shown on Avon Online This allows every Representative to order from the same Brochure, despite mail plans This will result in some back orders for Representative delivery 5

How it works Customers using Avon Online can select their delivery method - Representative Delivery - Direct Delivery by Avon If a Customer opts for Direct Delivery by Avon, they will pay a delivery fee of $9.95 and the Order will be shipped directly to them Avon will handle payment and delivery allowing you more time for finding new Customers, selling, and recruiting You will be compensated on all Orders via Avon Online whether Representative delivery or Direct Delivery by Avon 6

How You Benefit As a Representative you will have your own Avon Online store with your own unique URL that you can share with your Customers For example: https://shop.avon.com.au/store/jensstore You can sell Australia wide, in Australia and in New Zealand, NZ wide e.g. In Australia you could now sell to your sister in Perth with Direct Delivery 9

How You Benefit Reach new Customers and engage your existing Customers Increased business opportunities, uniquely available via the internet Opportunity to make sales 24 hours a day even while you sleep! Maintain Customer service when on holidays via Direct Delivery Free personalised homepage Free digital advertising Customers will find your products on a search engine, e.g. Google Receive normal Profit on Avon Online Sales when a Customer chooses Representative Delivery 10

How You Benefit Receive Compensation for Direct Delivery Orders shipped by Avon Head Office. For Direct Delivery Orders where the Customer has chosen Representative contact, you ll be Compensated at the Profit rate of your previous Campaign. We expect most Customers will want to have contact with a Representative. However, for Direct Delivery Orders with no contact, you ll be Compensated up to 15%. For further information, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions. 11

How Representatives Earn 13 When Customers choose Representative Delivery Representatives will earn their regular profit where Customers choose Representative Delivery. These Orders are sent to the Representative to process with their normal Order and contribute to the amount for Cumulative Profit in the Campaign. When Customers choose Direct Delivery with Representative Contact On a Direct Delivery Order, where the Customer indicates they are happy to receive Representative contact, a Representative will be compensated at the Profit rate of their previous Campaign and will be charged a service fee of $2.95. These Orders will also contribute to the amount for Cumulative Profit in the Campaign. If a Representative has zero profit or is inactive in the previous Campaign the Direct Delivery Order will stand alone for profit.

How Representatives Earn When Customers choose Direct Delivery with No Representative Contact For a Direct Delivery Order where the Customer elects no Representative contact, a Representative will be compensated up to a maximum of 15% (reduced profit rates apply as normal on certain products) and will be charged a service fee of $2.95. These Orders will not contribute to the amount for Cumulative Profit in the Campaign. When is Compensation from Direct Delivery Orders received? Compensation from Direct Delivery Orders will be realised when a Representative places their next Order and cannot exceed the amount of the Representative s balance. Any remaining compensation will be applied to the Representative s following Order. 14

Representative Eligibility When you: Place your Orders via esales Suite Have given Avon your current email address Do not have an outstanding balance on your Avon account Have a minimum average Order size over the prior five Campaigns of 15% Profit in Australia or 24% Profit in New Zealand and have placed Orders regularly Once registered you can be found on the map by new Customers as well as by your known Customers 16

Representative Eligibility Representatives may not be eligible to register due to one or all of the following: Do not currently place their Avon Orders via esales Suite Have not given Avon their current email address Their Avon account is currently not in good standing If you know someone who is not using esales Suite to place their Orders let them know how easy it is! 20

Representative Store Front Setting up your store is easy: We ve set up a default storefront for you so if you would prefer to leave it to us, you don t need to do anything. Just log in and take a look! If default just isn t your style, why not personalise your store? It s easy. Login and go to the MY STORE tab. What is the Digital Hub The Digital Hub is a purpose-built training website that is dedicated to helping Representatives understand and utilise all of the digital tools that Avon has to offer. Training with the digital hub The Training Checklist: 1 Test for knowledge: Take the Digital Diva Quiz under the Resources tab. 2 Build knowledge: Before creating an online presence for your business, it is essential that all Representatives read and understand the information under the Guidelines for Representatives tab, including; the Digital Do s and Don ts, Social Media Guidelines and FAQs. 3 Go Back to Basics: No matter what level of digital knowledge you have, print the Digital Checklist and stick it on your fridge each Campaign. Complete the tasks outlined under The Basics module under the Build your Business tab. 4 Easy as 1-2-3: Once The Basics are complete, Representatives can then work their way through the other 3 Digital Training modules under the Build your Business tab; A Little bit More, Intermediate and Advanced. 5 Get Appy: Download Avon s Mobile Apps and personalise and share your Avon Apps. 6 Get Social: Create social media profiles in line with your digital knowledge and the Build your Business training recommendations. 32

Online Rules and Guidelines Use of the word Avon Representatives cannot use the word Avon in any online name or handle. This includes, but is not limited to: Email Address Social Media Handles (Facebook Profile Names, Group Names, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube or any other social/online handle) Variations of the word Avon are also included; such as A-V-O-N Facebook Representatives cannot create a Facebook Page for their Avon business. However, they can create Facebook Groups to connect with their Customers. Download social media assets each Campaign from the Avon Digital Resource Library under the Resources tab. If you are unsure of what you can/cannot do on Facebook, you can go to the Digital Do's and Don ts section under the Guidelines for Representatives tab. 33

Online Rules and Guidelines Selling Products Online As a direct selling company, Avon has a strict framework for what constitutes online selling as a Representative. Selling products online is strictly prohibited, except through approved Avon channels like; a Representative s own Avon Online store, or by posting a link to your personal ebrochure to your known social network. Avon Representatives are prohibited from using online platforms for the sale, auction or swap of Avon products;.e.g. ebay, Gumtree, Facebook Buy Swap Sell Groups, blog, websites etc. Avon Representatives are also prohibited from utilizing Avon sponsored websites or other Avon related channels to solicit funds or other items. It is also prohibited for a Representative to promote their own Avon business on the official Avon Facebook page. Any comments or posts that are made promoting an Avon business on the official page will be removed. 34

How Representatives Earn 37 When Customers choose Representative Delivery Representatives will earn their regular profit where Customers choose Representative Delivery. These Orders are sent to the Representative to process with their normal Order and contribute to the amount for Cumulative Profit in the Campaign.
