What experiences at the sub-national, national and global level can we draw upon for evidence in this regard? 3. What advice does the Committee have on selection of governance indicators and monitoring and evaluation systems? How can measurement frameworks for public governance be articulated to ensure effective, accountable, transparent, inclusive and sustainable development outcomes? 4.
