Job Details Purpose A key member of the Client Services team and reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Digital Campaign Specialist plays the lead role in supporting and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns through our proprietary web-based platform, working on behalf of many of the largest brands in Asia Pacific. Digital Campaign Specialists are a direct liaison to clients and are responsible for owning day-to-day production work, building and configuring email and other marketing campaigns, building database segments, generating and maintaining reports and ensuring quality assurance. Candidate Profile Successful candidates will have proven experience working with clients in a technical capacity, managing multiple deliverables with daily deadlines. With a foundation of technical knowledge, a keen interest in digital marketing and a passion for working with top tier clients, you are capable of providing a world class service that delivers exceptional results to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent HTML and CSS skills and have knowledge of relational database models and concepts. You can quickly understand technical products and have the ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language. You will partner with our clients to build and execute digital marketing
campaigns and your attention to detail will ensure our customers see you as the most trusted extension to their team. 2+ years in marketing, technology, or digital agency Bachelor s degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Candidates currently working towards completion of their degree will be considered. Excellent English skills, including proficiency in both oral and written communication. Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Excellent HTML and CSS skills. Experience with e-mail HTML is a plus. Exceptional work ethic, with ability to perform under pressure and meet competing deadlines while constantly demonstrating enthusiasm towards clients and team members. Be an active team member- working closely with other team members on shared projects. Basic understanding of relational database models and concepts. Proficiency with JavaScript, and/or SQL a plus (must be interested in learning). Accountabilities Campaign Execution Coding of HTML emails and building of database segments based on client and account team instructions. Flawlessly execute, test, and deploy email and other marketing campaigns using our proprietary, web-based application. Work closely with clients to ensure exact specifications are met. Keep clear documentation of client requests and assigned campaigns, and see them through completion.
Produce documentation for complex campaigns. Perform quality assurance on all campaigns, and assist in cross-checking the work of peers to ensure 100% accuracy. Meet daily deadlines and track progress of campaigns. Client Management Own day-to-day client relationships relating to production and application issues, as well as interact with and support account team members based in various locations across Asia Pacific. Serve as a communication liaison between clients and account teams when needed. Participate in meetings with internal and client teams to discuss campaigns or processes. Resolve client issues, propose solutions and escalate appropriately to ensure resolution. Administration Ensure all time spent on client work is tracked in our time tracking system.
