We offer property owners an objective view of the local estate agent scene whilst offering you the opportunity to showcase your brand, marketing and estimated fee proposition to a large audience of homeowners. We are Northern Ireland s only estate agent comparison site, designed around you. THE PROCESS 5 1 Agent set up mins Log into the agent area and complete a profile of your business and your automated response to enquiries. Here you can select your areas and provide an estimate from a range of fee types and include information about your business and experience. You re ready to go! 2 Property When an owner adds a new property for sale or let onto cucompare.co.uk we will notify you. Initially the system provides the owner their first instant automated estimate, generated from your fee and quote template on your dashboard in your agent area. You then have 72 hours to provide a revised estimate including fees and services, based on the owners estimated value and address. We will forward this on to the property owner for review. 3 Quote If your quote has been successful we will email you the property owners contact details for you to arrange a valuation and discuss marketing strategy. You deal directly with the owner from this point. 4 Contract When a property is sold and contracts have been exchanged, the successful agent agrees to pay cucompare a small referral fee. 5

HOW IT WORKS The property owner submits some property details including an estimated value. The customer receives an immediate estimate from all participating agents operating in the area and essential information about the Agency. You will be notified that an estimate has been generated with a link to the property When you have reviewed all the property information you then have the opportunity to send the owner a revised or more considered quotation. These leads are generated for you completely free of charge. 6

The owner can review all proposals received and connect with one or more agents requesting a valuation of their property. Owners contact details are emailed to selected agents and agents contact the owner directly. Once the valuation process has been completed the property owner will then choose the agent they would like proceed with. If it s you, congratulations! We will notify you if you have been selected as the successful agent. The owner can instruct you directly of course! Once you have let or sold the property all you need to do is confirm this in your dashboard. 7

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why do people list with us? Whilst some people have and will take time to ring round every agent in the area, people are busy and getting busier. In today s fast moving world, the majority of property owners want a convenient and quick way of connecting with many local agents. This is it! How long do we have to post a quote? Your automated estimate is instantly provided to the property owner. You then have 72 hours to send a revised, more personal, private quotation. We recommend returning to your agent area regularly to review your leads. Will Cucompare keep us informed if we are successful or unsuccessful? Yes, we will inform you at each stage via email and also in your agent area dashboard when we have any feedback from the property owner during the allowed period. What are the fees? We deliver leads with no risk or upfront cost whatsoever but In order to maintain the service we do share in your success a little! Sales: If you are instructed and subsequently sell the property, the fee is fixed at 99 plus VAT. Rentals: If you are instructed and subsequently let the property, you agree to pay cucompare 55 plus VAT. If you fail to receive an instruction or fail to market a property to completion, there is no charge We don t want you to reduce fees. This service is not just about price. It s about consumer convenience. It s about getting your brand in front of your target audience whilst providing an easy connection to you, at any time of the day. 8

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What areas can I receive leads from? Each agent can receive leads from 2 postcode areas, 1 of which must be at the agents registered address. Multiple practices can also receive 2 postcodes for each registered address. Can I get more postcode areas? Yes we will be offering this option very soon Where do you advertise? Amongst many advertising channels, we will be investing primarily on the 2 main property portals in Northern Ireland (Propertynews and Propertypal) with a permanent presence on Propertynews initially. We intend to be seen by every property owner browsing these sites as they think of their next move and who to use. Will Cucou be selling property? Absolutely not, we are a consultancy and refer 100% of our sales listings to local agents. FREE TRIAL Our launch campaign offers up to 4 postcodes per practice as a thank you for using us and is totally free of charge for up to 90 days if you are on board prior to our launch to the public. Once launched we will be offering a free 60 day trial for a limited period.
