We occasionally implement assignments via Individual Consultancies when approved by the Firm, yet mainly through direct Firm/Company engagements. We also work within a Consortium where required or as a Joint Venture. IBG is managed by a Group Managing Partner & CEO, with supporting partners who head the business divisions; IBG-BPO, IBG & Associates and IBG-Software. There is a Corporate Management Team structure, supported by the operational unit Support Services (Finance, Admin, Sales and Marketing). This team works with Division Heads and their Business and Technical Analysts to grow, deliver and sustain project and business opportunities. Daniel is IBG s seasoned Records Management Consultant and Archivist. He is a professional member of the Records Society of Great Britain and Ghana. He is a certified ISO 15489 (Information Management) Consultant. He was a consultant for PRAAD from 1986 to 1993. His professional and technical experience include; the development of Archival Regulations, Design and Implementation of Records Center Systems, Records Management Procedures and training. Dominic is IBG-BPO s seasoned Digitization Project Manager and Certified Scanning Engineer. He has worked on several digitization initiatives in Ghana and Nigeria. The most recent included the digitization of records under the Ghana Census Project, the conversion of 18 million records for the institute of Human Virology in Nigeria and the conversion of 2.5 Million records for the Births and Deaths Registry.
