Assessment of Energy Efficiency Investment Plan of a Latvian Paper Mill September, October, 2003 The Paper Mill is implementing a new company strategy and as part of this strategy, an Energy Efficiency Investment Plan has been developed in co-operation with the engineers of the Mill, local consultants and equipment suppliers Electrowatt-Ekono Oy carried out an assessment of Energy Efficiency Investment Plan in order to evaluate the rationality of the proposed investments.
