VENUE ADDRESS Cornerstone Nashville 726 W Old Hickory Blvd, Madison, TN 37115 DIRECTIONS From 65N: Cornerstone Nashville is located on the northeast corner of Old Hickory Blvd. Exit 92, off of Interstate 65, north of Nashville, Tennessee. Look for the giant American flag. UNLOADING/PARKING Our Business Boutique team will send you updated load-in and parking instructions based on your table location closer to date. All boutiquers must check in at the MAIN LOBBY, Thursday, November 3, between 1 4 p.m. Set up will end at 4 p.m. sharp. It s important that set up be done during this time. Please do not show up early, and please try to wrap by 4 p.m. If you re coming in from out of town, Nashville traffic can get busy. Please plan accordingly. TEAR DOWN Boutiquers can begin to tear down and pack up their displays during the closing sessions (approximately 4:30 p.m. on Saturday). The Marketplace will not be open at the end of the show.

UPGRADE OPTIONS If you wish to purchase the BB Upgrade, you can do so by letting your Ramsey Solutions representative know. During the event, Business Boutique staff will be present but not responsible for any materials left at your booth. You are personally responsible for any belongings. EXPECTED ATTENDEES 3,000 FOOD ON SITE Meals will not be provided by Ramsey Events. However, there will be a café and food trucks on site, and nearby restaurants will be listed in the Business Boutique Event app. DON T MISS A THING! GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING and BOUTIQUER GUIDELINES BOUTIQUER INSTRUCTIONS Your Boutiquer badge allows for early admission on the day of the event as early as 7 a.m. Please enter the main doors under the big pointed archway. The Boutiquer badge allows you access to the exhibit hall to work your booth. Please note that the Marketplace will NOT be open during main sessions. During that time, you are welcome to sit in on the sessions. While we don't have a designated section for Boutiquers to sit, we do suggest you sit toward the back for easy in/out access. During load in/out, keep in mind that others will be doing the same thing at the same time. Please move as quickly as possible and be courteous to others around you. Ramsey Solutions does not provide carts for setting up/ tearing down. As a reminder, the two passes included in the Marketplace Boutiquer purchase are to be the only representatives for your booth. Should you want to bring additional staff, please contact our group sales team to purchase additional passes. ELECTRICAL AND WI-FI INFORMATION Ramsey Solutions will not automatically provide power for booth boutiquers. Any electrical needs must be purchased through the upgrade package in advance. You will be responsible for bringing any power strips or extension cords needed to connect power in your booth. Electricity is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING and BOUTIQUER GUIDELINES Due to the size of the event and attendance, we cannot guarantee Wi-Fi in the church s network. If this is a required part of your booth, a Marketplace-specific protected Wi-Fi must be purchased through the upgrade package in advance (details on page 5). TABLE GUIDELINES BB provides a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and a 10 x 5 area for your boutique. Be sure to come prepared with anything your booth/company needs to make those contacts and/or sales during the weekend! (e.g., business cards or brochures, company swag, products or samples, point-of-sale outlets, additional chargers, personal/portable Wi-Fi networks, extension cords, your elevator pitch, and a smile!) Boutiquers are not allowed to hand out unsolicited product or intercept attendees in any way. We simply ask that you remain in your designated area (designated area is defined as behind your table or within three feet immediately in front of your setup). Our goal is to create a safe environment that allows our attendees the freedom to interact with you/your company and respects the other boutiquers participating in the Marketplace. You are required to be at your booth during breaks, breakouts, and meal breaks. The schedule is listed at the end of this document. We highly recommend someone be there 5 10 minutes early each time. We anticipate traffic to flow pretty quickly during these times, and we want you to be able to take full advantage of these opportunities. Plan to staff your booth accordingly.

GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING and BOUTIQUER GUIDELINES The Marketplace will be CLOSED during all Main Assembly sessions. You are allowed to include a handout or giveaway item per attendee at your booth, and you can hand them out during breaks, lunches, the Marketplace Showcase, and so forth, but these items can only be distributed from your booth. You are not allowed to intercept attendees at registration or in public areas to hand out items. BE PREPARED Dress in layers, as the venue will be chilly! Remember: Be YOUnique! How can you create your space so it stands out? What elements are important to you? Feature those in your display and don t be afraid to stand out! We cannot guarantee a storage area for your extra supplies. Please be prepared to store them under the table or in your vehicle. Security will not be on site throughout the night, but doors will be locked. Sit in the back of the auditorium for easy in-and-out access. A WORD FROM Boutiquers My shop sales have skyrocketed, and I had a record number of sales my first day back!
