By creating and marketing my own brand, i was able to distinguish myself and my shop from the competition. To differentiate yourself, make sure your arrangements are unlike the rest. your style is a part of your brand, so pay close attention to every order. people will notice unique designs and the special care you take to create your arrangements. i knew my brand was flourishing when customers started positively commenting on each of my bouquets. When customers love your talent, they will keep coming back for more. making them aware is key.
