You will work at hospital sites throughout the UK, initially focusing on customer sites within the London area. The successful candidate will ideally be based in or around the London area. However you will be expected to travel to Customer sites to help support your qualification and development. Contact Details Vacancy Type Apprenticeship Framework Expected Duration To be confirmed Higher Apprenticeship Professional Services This Learning Provider does not yet have a sector success rate for this type of apprenticeship training. Up to 3 years Skills Required You will possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to enable you to work within a team focused environment. The role holder will also require strong presentation skills as a key part of this position is delivering presentations relating to our products and solutions and accompanying customers on visits to reference sites (UK and abroad). You must demonstrate attention to detail as the role requires the ability to convert Customer wishes into tangible plans using CAD systems. In addition, you will be required to populate and maintain our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Therefore, a good level of computer literacy is essential.

You should be able to demonstrate your interest in activities outside your school life e.g. Duke of Edinburgh, Drama, Scouts, Guides, Sports team etc. Qualifications Required You should have a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), which must include Maths, English Language and Science. Also including AS /A Levels/ BTEC Level 3 in relative subjects. Today s customers require understanding and empathy with their problems, so the successful candidates will be required to effectively communicate with our customers and colleagues with a can do attitude. Important Other Information The apprentice role is a field based position and will require travel to customer sites in the London area. In addition and as part of their development programme, the apprentice will be required to attend other Siemens sites across the Country on temporary short-term assignments as well as visit the Siemens Healthcare head office and Customer Care Centre in Frimley (Surrey). There will be opportunities to work for short time frames in the Siemens Head Office and Customer Care Centre in Frimley (Surrey). The Apprentice will require a full driving licence to enable them to proceed in their role in the business. Therefore Siemens will provide a 500 fund to cover driving lessons, Theory test and Practical test fees. The expectation will be a full licence pass within the first 9 months of the Apprenticeship.
