2. This will show the number of applications that have been reviewed at the shortlisting stage. Either click on Shortlisting or the number under Overall. NOTE: The number under New only shows the applications that have been received since the last time you logged in to the system. Avoid clicking on this. 3. Process candidates to invite to interview/assessment Select all the candidates who are going to be invited for interview and change their status. on the Select tick box next to the candidates who are to be invited for interview 5. When you have selected all the candidates that are to be invited for interview click E-Recruitment Changing Candidate Status - Processing Candidates Through the System (v1) Page 3 of 17

On the Process Application pop up, make sure that it shows the following: Process Direction: Forwards Move candidate to stage: Invite to Interview/Assessment Send Email: NOT selected Remove from candidate search results: Selected This will remove the candidates from the list and will only show the candidates at shortlisting. 7. Confirmation or withdrawal from the interview/assessment When a candidate confirms their attendance or withdraws, their status must be updated on the system. Confirmation of Attendance 1. On the home page, find the vacancy that you are managing. on expand 2. Either click on Invite to Interview/Assessment or the number under Overall. 3. 4. 6. Select Interview Confirmed or Assessment/Test Confirmed The email template will be populated. Any merge fields { } will be automatically populated with the candidate details when the email is sent. 7. 8. The candidate will be shown at Withdrawing from the Interview 9. If a candidate declines the interview, go through the same process but choose Interview/Assessment Declined. After the interviews/assessments process to offer or rejection It is strongly advised that all candidates who have been interviewed should be telephoned and verbally informed of the outcome of their interview. Provide basic feedback and offer to follow up by email or meeting 1. On the home page, find the vacancy that you are managing. on expand 2. Process candidates to be rejected following interview If rejecting one candidate following interview click on the individuals If rejecting more than one candidate click on the Select tick box next to the candidates who are to be rejected following interview. HR will send the offer of appointment to the candidate subject to the request to appoint form being completed and relevant documentation being uploaded.
