SEASON TICKET EXCHANGE E x c l usively o n t h e O r l a ndo M a g ic a p p Use your smart phone to receive credit, upgrade, or receive additional seats for your unused tickets. NOT GOING Tu r n ing i n Tickets The Not Going feature is available any time up until tip-off. STEP 1: Open the Orlando Magic mobile app on your smart phone. If you don t already have it, download it for free today. If you do already have it, be sure to update to the latest version. STEP 2: Select Season Ticket HQ from the app menu. STEP 3: Tap Game Day Experience. STEP 4: Login using the email address associated with your Magic Season Ticket account.

NOT GOING STEP 5: Select the game you re not able to attend, by clicking on the calendar icon in the top right of the screen to get a drop down menu, then chose the game. STEP 6: Chose the option Not Going. STEP 7: Click Earn Experience Credit to confirm you cannot attend and wish to receive Experience Credit in exchange for your tickets. STEP 8: You ll be giving up all your current seats for that game, by turning them in. If you d like to continue, select Release Seats for Credit.

NOT GOING STEP 9: View the value of the tickets you released and your total amount of Experience Credit, by selecting Profile. STEP 10: Your credit is displayed on your profile page. Later, you may use your credit to upgrade your seats or acquire additional seats. The value of the tickets you release is equal to your season ticket holder price for that game ticket. To view a list of season ticket holder pricing by game, visit www.mytruebluenation.com EXPERIENCE UPGRADES U p g rading Yo ur S e a ts The Experience Upgrades feature is only available starting one hour prior to tip-off. STEP 1: To upgrade your seats using your credit, select the game you wish to upgrade by clicking on the calendar icon in the top right of the screen, then choose the game and select Browse. STEP 2: Indicate how many total seats you wish to upgrade.

EXPERIENCE UPGRADES STEP 3: Choose your preferred location. STEP 4: If you accept the proposed location of your upgraded seat, select Purchase. To browse alternative locations or close the search, press X. STEP 5: If your credit does not cover the full cost, a balance will be shown in the Total and can be paid with your debit or credit card. STEP 6: If you upgrade prior to entering Amway Center, use your original game ticket for entry. Then move to your upgraded seat location and select Staff Validate when prompted by the usher.

SIT WITH FRIENDS A d d it ional S e a ts The Sit With Friends feature is available any time up until tip-off. STEP 1: Choose the game you wish to purchase additional seats for by clicking on the calendar icon in the top right of the screen, then choose the game and select Sit with Friends. STEP 2: Indicate how many total seats you will be needing, including the seats you already have for that game. STEP 3: You ll be assigned seats together that are as close as possible to your current seat location. To accept the location of your new seats, select Purchase. To cancel, press X. STEP 4: If your credit does not cover the full cost, a balance will be shown in the Total and can be paid with your debit or credit card.

SIT WITH FRIENDS STEP 5: Access your new tickets by going to "Season Ticket HQ," and logging into Game Day Experience. Choose the game, then click the magnifying glass underneath your New Seats to view your new tickets. STEP 6: When prompted by the usher, press Staff Validate. We r e h e r e t o h e l p! For technical support, use the Help form within the Season Ticket HQ, or via e-mail at listen@expapp.com. Exchange credit has no cash value and cannot be applied to the renewal of your season tickets for the 2015-16 season, or be refunded to you as cash. Exchange capabilities do not apply to suite, Chase Suite, Loge or MVP tickets and credits cannot be redeemed for seats in those designated areas. Your credit will expire at the end of the 2014-15 regular season, April 11, 2015, so be sure to take advantage of this new benefit throughout the year!
