We concentrated ourselves on steel and plant construction, container and piping construction as well as thermal plant construction and furthermore we offer extensive and flexible personnel services concepts for companies in different industrial sectors. At location Dinslaken we manufacture in our factory. Supervised by our welding engineer, welding specialist as well as production manager we perform work in time and on high-quality according to technology standard. Our team consists of 40 reliable and motivated employees who guarantee an excellent base for our good cooperation. SERVICES POWER PLANT CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE PRISMA Energieanlagen & Umwelttechnik GmbH works continuously in numerous power plants and according to the framework contract we perform maintenance and repair works in steel industry, piping construction as well as technical plant engineering and construction. Our main performance includes maintenance, troubleshooting with subsequent repair work for machines and plants of different industrial sectors on site. The main issue of maintenance is our high flexibility including customer service with 24 hour standby service. Our services in the power plant industry include the following works: Technical machine cleaning Interval maintenance Repair works during production Troubleshooting and repair work Our services are perfectly developed and meet the requirements of our customers. You define the scope of our performance and we advise you on demand. Our offer includes individual selected service performances as well as the full service. SERVICES POWER PLANT CONSTRUCTION PIPING CONSTRUCTION According to the requirements and the project defintion of the customer carbon steel and stainless steel is used for the construction. PRISMA Energieanlagen & Umwelttechnik GmbH offers the fulfilment plant construction including measurement development, isometric drawings, planning and assembly, site management, pipe pre-fabrication, installation, leak and pressure tests as well as the documentation. We match the structural steelwork with the required site and build functional units at high quality standard. It is possible to make a pre-assembly and a service approval at manufacturing location Dinslaken before dismantling the piping into modules and preparing it for transport. The normal procedure is the pre-assembly into applicable transport units. For planning and execution of your projects you can use our ultra-modern engineering office equipped with efficient 2D and 3D CAD computer for design and R&I schemes, layout and pipeline route plans. 6 7
SERVICES PLANT CONSTRUCTION STEEL CONSTRUCTION PRISMA Energieanlagen & Umwelttechnik GmbH produces, supplies and fits steel construction of all sectors in the plant and site construction. From normal platforms for better access to instruments at machines with operating platform and ladder to complete steel building for the whole plant. According to the close connection of steel construction with other business sectors of PRISMA Energieanlagen & Umwelttechnik GmbH we have the technical equipment as well as the expert knowledge to cover additional parts of steel construction. On customer request we cooperate with a static office for layout and static of steel construction. PRISMA Energieanlagen & Umwelttechnik GmbH has the know-how to meet challenges and also to realise demanding customer requests effective and objective-oriented. Our employees design and draw according to your ideas and they have long-time experience in site management and constructional drawing. SERVICES PERSONNEL SERVICES SERVICE Temporary employment is one of our core businesses. Over 45 employees from the industrial and technical sector are working for our customers to cover high staff requirement for huge orders or outages due to illness or holiday in the particular companies. Our staff can be requested at short notice and is available for day or longterm period. With our documented recruitment process we ensure that employees are chosen according to the same criteria, specific qualification and the knowledge regarding safety and health in all branch offices. Additionally we have schematic procedure instructions for accepting customer orders which consist of the required information regarding inspection of working place and creating a job specification. Our employees also are instructed continuously by experts in-house and external regarding the latest developments. Base of cooperation is the Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) and the BZA/ DGB Tarifvertrag which was concluded on 21st July 2003 between Deutscher Gewerkschaftsbund (DGB) and the Bundesverband Zeitarbeit Personaldienstleistungen e.v.
