Wrist strives towards continuous development and improvement and to achieve this we need to attract, develop and retain skilled and committed employees. If you are ambitious and have the right skills, there are great opportunities for a career at Wrist. Chris Luyster Team Leader, Sales Wrist Rotterdam While I have only worked at Wrist for 4 years, my career opportunities have been greatly accelerated through the Graduate Programme. I have made the most of being a part of this fast track; expatriating from USA to Europe last year and learning from the challenges I have met along the way. Over the last few years, I have been fully immersed in marine supply and continue to fine-tune my global perspective of the industry. Travelling has afforded me the opportunity to meet outstanding people and make some great personal and professional memories along the way. Mille Vinther Procurement Manager Wrist Long Beach Wrist is a company full of local as well as international carreer opportunities. During my 8 years in Wrist, I have worked in 4 different departments and on 3 different continents. I started as a Purchase Trainee in Aalborg, Denmark and today I am working as a Procurement Manager in Long Beach, USA. The opportunity of experiencing new and different cultures have made it a unique experience. Olena Lebedieva Purchaser Wrist Dubai My 1½ years in Wrist are for sure the most amazing and bright in my whole life. Working in a big international company I am lucky to have the awesome possibility of cooperating with my foreign colleagues all over the world, gaining priceless professional experience and learning a lot from them. Wrist has taught me that nothing is impossible it is all about hard work, dedication and a positive attitude! I am sincerely proud to be a part of Wrist and appreciate the opportunity of working together with supportive professionals shoulder to shoulder, facing challenges and successfully overcoming them every day. 8 WRIST.COM

The workforce in Wrist reflects our global customer base. More than 20 different nationalities are represented - we are proud of this composition and believe that this diversity not only improves the dynamics among our employees; it also strengthens the commercial aspects of our business. Kirsten Jensen, Talent & Leadership Development Manager Lars Bomholt Vice President Wrist Group Management Being our industry leader it is crucial that we continuously invest in attracting talent to our organisation. We all know that is essential to retain our position in the market. During my 4 years at Wrist I have experienced a strong winning attitude amongst colleagues worldwide gluing our shared mission in life to become the Amazon at Sea Janina Beyer General Manager Wrist Vancouver I joined Wrist in 2012. I originally worked for a ship owner, which gave me already the advantage of knowing the ship industry. In the Vancouver branch, I gained experience in all departments and I was able to bring new motivation to the organisation. Within a short time we restructured our day to day workflow, we grew our business and finally merged with our competitor. I became the General Manager of the Vancouver branch and am now responsible for 25 employees. If you are not shy to roll up your sleeves, have a winning attitude, like challenges and be a team player, Wrist offers great opportunities all over the world. Gabriel Hong, Business Development Manager Wrist Singapore Wrist has clearly shown me the true form of being a partner and not just a supplier to our clients. That focus on extra dedication and care for our clients as a partner has also translated to within Wrist where colleagues are more felt as family and friends and coming to work daily is a delight. Wrist is an organisation where I feel I have made a career instead of merely a job. Being in the first batch of the graduate programme, all of us have gathered traction in our own path that we took and growing in ways that looking back 2 years ago we would never have imagined.
