Structure programmed maintenance documentation for implementation in the computerised maintenance management system Criticality grading Failure modes and effects analysis Programmed task selection criteria and tools CMMS task plans and work orders Corrective maintenance task procedures DAY 3 Work Management Competency Description: Implement a process for the prioritising and feedback of defects into the maintenance backlog. Organise resources and logistics on the basis of priorities and compile work schedules in consultation with stake holders Understand the overall work management process model Implement a process for defect reporting and recording Understand the importance of backlog and how to analyse in terms of age and characteristics Determine the maintenance manpower capacity at any given moment Compile a schedule for work Work management process model Defect reporting and notifications Backlog control Capacity planning and resourcing Schedule with consensus of stakeholders Grade the physical assets of a plant into at least four levels of criticality List the reasonably likely failure modes and effects of an asset Use a decision diagram to select programmed maintenance tasks to deal with anticipated failures Package programmed maintenance tasks into job plan and work order format Facilitate technical experts to compile corrective work procedures for major work www.petroknowledge.com
