Project Schedule and Project Budget Project Core Team Sponsor and Stakeholder they sign it. The Project Management Plan is a tool for internal staff to understand the Risks, Communication Plan, and Change Management 4

PASSENGER LOADING BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM Current Jet Bridges have reached or are nearing the end of useful life Some OEMs no longer in business & replacement parts not available PB & Cage performed an assessment of all PLB s in 2013 4 1 PLB found in Unsatisfactory Condition 46 PLBs found in Fair Condition 64 PLBs found in Good Condition 17 bridges replaced in the last three years + 2 more this February Procurement of replacement bridges & rotundas Installation of new bridges and reused peripheral equipment 2018 Plan: A37B A32 C43 B45 (A27 in case of schedule conflicts w/ GARDI or Concourse B Expansion projects)
ARFF SIMULATOR REPLACEMENT Current burn simulator beyond useful life Fails to meet current FAA requirements Procurement Plan Contract with sim manufacturer (in place with Simulation UK) Design infrastructure (60% due early Feb) Construct foundations, apron, burn pit, plus all gas/water/power/comms Summer 2018 start Timing is critical for DFD to maintain FAA certifications 5
