Contactless Fundraising Unlocking the potential to give using the latest contactless payment technologies

Contactless giving set for rapid adoption In a world full of smartphones and contactless cards, having cash on you is no longer a priority and figures show that while cash is still widely used, people are increasingly turning to contactless payment. According to the UK Card Association, by June 2016 there were 92 million contactless cards in circulation and for that month alone 1.9 billion of transactions were taken on contactless cards. Why your charity needs contactless donations: Fewer people carry cash these days Encourages spontaneous donation More secure, less administration Potential to reduce costs Easier to track campaigns Inspires confidence in your brand Why charities have been slower to adopt contactless donations and establishing relationships with many different companies acquirers, gateway services and hardware providers Addressing this challenge We ve teamed up with some of the leading service providers to bring you an accessible, economical and scalable way of accepting contactless donations. LibertyPay can now provide affordable products and handle all aspects of the service saving you time and money. Furthermore, our solutions can run alongside your organisation s existing card donation methods. We also provide traditional card payment facilities such as Chip & PIN terminals, online and telephone payments, together with donation buttons for your website and links for use in email campaigns. Accepting contactless donations hasn t always been as easy and cost-effective as it could be. Some of the available solutions are prohibitive due to large set-up fees, annual registration fees, complicated application processes

Choosing your solutions Our contactless collection boxes are ideal for use in attended and unattended environments, on the high street, events and functions, shops, pubs, guesthouses, schools and more. You set the donation amount and customers simply tap the contactless logo and go. The donation boxes can accept any amount up to 30. For larger donations we can provide a different box where you can lift the lid to reveal a Chip & PIN device, which works seamlessly with our FREE Charity App. Branding The boxes can be supplied with branded stickers promoting your charity and the contactless payment icon. These stickers are removable, enabling you to run new and seasonal campaigns or change donation amounts. Tracking Payments We provide you with a portal and MI suite to track donations in real time. You can set a target and monitor campaign progress by site, by day, by hour. Managing costs Probably the most important aspect of making the decision to go contactless is cost. With LibertyPay, there are no annual registration fees or set-up charges. We give you: FREE Merchant Account + Gateway FREE Portal FREE Charity App FREE UK Helpdesk for technical & service enquiries FREE upgrade for online & telephone payments

Purchase, rental, short-term or keep on standby Our flexible options make adoption of this new technology costeffective. You can buy our boxes outright or simply rent them. You can rent for short periods or keep them at your premises, on hand for less than the cost of renting a traditional mobile card machine. We offer two contactless donation boxes as standard that are suitable for attended and unattended environments. Card Processing Fees Our fees are up to 70% lower than other providers. Funds are settled into your bank account up to 3 working days after the donation has been taken. Additional Services We provide traditional card payment facilities such as Chip & PIN terminals, online and telephone payment facilities, together with donation buttons for your website and links for use in email campaigns.
