Role Information Role: Digital Manager Grade: Grade C Directorate/Unit: Marketing and Business Development Manager: Director of Marketing and Business Development Reports: 0 Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to help develop a digital strategy and take responsibility for the delivery of that strategy with particular focus on business audiences. You will be tasked to help shape the business customer proposition and gain growth in multi sector environment. You will be working as part of the Marketing Team to help build and execute the digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, customer acquisition and retention across different mediums, including Paid Social, Digital PR, Social Media, Content Marketing, Technical SEO and CRM. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement a digital strategy which will demonstrate how goals will be achieved for 2018 and beyond to achieve the five year business plan KPIs. 2. Develop the digital marketing strategy into a week by week marketing delivery plan 3. Drive a culture of innovation and creativity across all digital channels 4. Develop innovative testing plans, designed to maximise acquisitions and drive marketing efficiency's 5. Measure and interpret data to include customer profiling and behaviour across customer journey mapping and integration across digital platforms 6. Deliver the Email marketing plan, with the understanding on how to cultivate relationships with new prospects and existing customers, for retention and upsell/cross-sell 7. Liaise with colleagues in the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns to meet specific targets 8. Leverage data within digital analytics tools to identify and report on performance and key trends, using the results to deliver improvements across all digital KPIs 9. Work alongside the Brand Marketing Manager to drive the creative process for all campaigns 10. Drive digital marketing understanding and adoption within the business 11. All project elements are delivered to acceptable standards on time, to budget and meet the required specification(s)/objective(s). Page 3 of 5

Summary of Terms and Conditions The salary for this role is 35,350 per annum, pro-rata. This contract is based on a 12 month fixed term contract. Normal place of work is First Floor 151 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SZ. Minimum of 35 hours per week, normal working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required by mutual agreement for which reasonable time off in lieu will be given. 25 days annual leave pro-rata plus public and bank holidays. This post is subject to a 3 months probationary period with one weeks notice. The offer of appointment will be subject to satisfactory references. Salaries are paid monthly by direct transfer on or about 21st of the month.
