Online Roster Billing lets you designate multiple billing administrators, each with a unique user ID and password. This ensures the safety of your billing and employee information. You can also limit administrator access to certain bill groups. The control is in your hands. With online roster billing, locating the function you need is effortless. From the main menu, you can view contact or billing documentation, add employees, or search your roster by employee name or Social Security number.

Online Client/Self Billing lets you change covered lives and insurance volume in seconds. Simply update any fields that have changed since the prior bill. Rest assured, your billing information is complete the system alerts you to any missing data. Once you ve updated lives and volume, the system calculates the amount due. It shows your total premium due, which includes the premium for the current period along with any retroactive charges or credits. Just print your statement and send in your payment.

Our Online Roster Billing and Client/Self Billing applications make paying your group insurance bill fast, easy, accurate, and convenient. One of our latest leading-edge technology solutions, Online Roster Billing and Client/Self Billing let you view and update current billing information in real time. Your premium is automatically calculated, which eliminates human error. Plus, your billing records are maintained online for two years, so there s no need to keep paper copies of your billing statements on file. Online billing also allows you to initiate electronic payments wire transfer or, for Roster Billing only, Electronic Funds Transfer.

Online Roster Billing It s convenient. Paper Roster Billing can mean time-consuming reconciliation and inaccurate premium payments. Each month, you had to update the roster sent by your carrier, manually calculate your premium, then mail it in. By the time it reached your carrier, it would be out of date. Now, with Online Roster Billing, you can update your billing information in real time. Your data flows right into our billing system, which eliminates reconciliation, data entry errors, and mailing delays. The system is flexible and it s designed to simplify the entire billing process. You can enter changes as they occur or do them all once a month it s your choice. It s easy. On the last day of your monthly billing cycle, the system produces a bill based on your current roster and sends you an e-mail to let you know it s ready. Any changes you make after you receive the notification e-mail will appear on the next month s bill. All you need to do is access the site using the link included in the e-mail, print the billing statement, and send in your payment it s that easy.

Online Roster Billing Your billing summary shows coverages, number of lives, volume, and premium due separated by member group, if applicable. You can select different bills to view based on date, and view the entire roster or just a section. For easy payments, our mailing address and wire transfer details are included. Adding and updating employee information is easy. To add new employees, enter their personal information and coverage details. To update employee details, locate the member s record by searching the roster then choose from personal, salary, member group, or coverage information.

Online Client/Self Billing With traditional Client/Self Billing, you re responsible for maintaining employee coverage records, completing paper billing reports, and calculating the premium. Now, our online Client/Self Billing application does the work for you. Like our Online Roster Billing system, Online Client/Self Billing lets you access and update your information in real time. It s safe, too. Only users you designate can log on to the system. It s accurate. Once you log on, simply update the number of covered lives and coverage volume the system does the rest. Your premium is automatically calculated, eliminating human error. All you need to do is print the statement and send in your payment. For extra convenience, we accept wire transfers. Shows the National Client Service Center Number. Allows you to edit and submit the oldest outstanding bill. Shows past bills for this bill group. For added security, you can limit users to specific bill groups. When users log on, they only see the billing groups they re responsible for. Basic functions are right at your fingertips. The main menu makes it easy to find your billing contact, view your billing documentation, and edit and submit your current month s bill.
