Team MICHAEL LIMBERG MD & Project Development / Project Finance VOLKER HENNINGER MD & Head of Engineering / EPC FELIX SCHNURR Head of Asset Management Michael Limberg is responsible for Project development, evaluation, the structuring and implementation of Project financing according to different models. He also manages the acquisition of corporate financing as well as fundraising, bank relations. Michael holds a Master degree in Economics from University Munich (LMU) and is certified Private Equity Advisor (EBS/BAI) 12 years experience in the field of international Project- and Structured Finance. 8 years in leading positions within Solar PV. Volker Henninger is responsible for Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Constructions as well as Operations and Service of PV plants in Europe and Africa. Volker graduated in Physics followed by appointments at Fraunhofer ISE and UNSW, Sydney. responsible for national and international PV plant development, design, construction and operations of 300+ PV projects more than 11 years experience in research & development and management positions in the automotive and aerospace industry certified in Six-Sigma (Black Belt, DfSS) and Diploma in Management Felix Schnurr is responsible for the handling of the managed portfolio in Germany and Europe. He is in charge of processing all operational aspects on behalf of the asset owner, e.g. commercial operation, technical operation, yield optimizing, cost optimizing, control of service providers Felix holds a Master degree in Economics from University of Freiburg. 7 years experience in Solar PV 7 years as O&M service provider 5 years as project manager for construction of PV-Plants in Germany and abroad 3 years as Asset Manager 5
