Administration / Finance Officer (Corporate) Position / Duties Description Responsible to: Head of Corporate Services Effective Date: May 2018 Main Objective: The position of the Administration / Finance Officer (Corporate) is to assist the Head of Corporate Services with the general day to day operations of the Corporate Services Office. The Administration / Finance Officer (Corporate) reports to the Head of Corporate Services and collaborates and liaises closely with staff in Corporate Services, the College / School to ensure coordinated and quality implementation of the Corporate Services strategies, policies and attainment of objectives. FTE: Full time (1.0 FTE) (Part time (0.6 FTE) / Part time (0.4 FTE) (job share) may be considered) Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm Additional hours may be required on a needs basis. Salary: Level 2.1 Clerical Officer or as negotiated $66,090 (inclusive of Superannuation) (Full time) The current industrial agreement is the Independent Schools NSW (Support and Operational Staff) Multi Enterprise Agreement 2017.
Major Responsibilities: Corporate Services Office Reception Customer Relations / Service Invoicing / Receipting of Fees and other Revenue Management of Accounts Receivable Account Reconciliations Transaction processing and database management Secretarial services to Head of Corporate Services and other Corporate Service Managers as required Administration Duties as required Financial Duties as required General Office Duties Other Responsibilities: Associated Corporate Service duties as directed by the Head of Corporate Services from time to time. WHS Responsibilities: You have a responsibility under WHS legislation to take care of your own health and safety at work. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your activities do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons for example your co-workers, students, parents or other persons that you may come into contact with at work. You must cooperate with Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council to ensure that your workplace is safe and without risk to health. Administration / Finance Officer (Corporate) Selection Criteria The Administration / Finance Officer (Corporate) should: be a committed Christian active in the life of their church. support CASC core purpose conduct themselves in a manner in keeping with the CASC ethos at all times have an interest and desire to work in support of Christian Education have exceptional communication and relational skills The Administration / Finance Officer (Corporate) should have: obtained or be working towards a formal qualification relating to Administration / Finance or other office related field. experience in Administration / Finance or other professional office services. experience in Customer Service and Secretarial work.
