The Role We have an exciting opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in Project Management to join our Implementation Team as a Project Coordinator. We are looking for organised, proactive and self-motivated individuals who are keen to help clients realise their workforce potential. As part of this role you will be expected to co-ordinate and manage projects to time, quality and budget whilst ensuring that our clients are delighted with their service. This is a client facing role, so you will be confident in talking to a wide variety of clients at all levels of the organisation. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where you can effectively manage your own workload across multiple projects, while working within multi-disciplined teams. As part of this role, you will be responsible for successfully coordinating client projects from start to finish. This includes: Coordinating the full project life cycle, from immediately after the sales process to implementation of client solutions Putting together and maintaining project documentation (e.g. project schedules and issues logs), as well as organising and leading weekly calls with the client 2
Consulting with other internal teams to arrange the expertise and resource you need for various stages of the project (this includes Business Analysts, Consultants, Web Developers and Testers) You ll also work with our customer support team to manage queries and requests from existing ETS clients. This will include responding to calls and emails, and managing the client experience of a query through to resolution. Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have some project related experience within a professional environment. Some technical or systems based knowledge would be advantageous. You will be curious about the world of project management within the HR industry. You will have a strong academic record and a desire to be part of a fast growing business. You will have a methodical yet flexible approach, and it is important that you are able to work well within ETS dynamic culture. Essential skills/ Qualifications Undergraduate degree in any discipline achieving at least a 2:1 Excellent knowledge of and skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Experience of working in a professional environment Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent customer service skills High attention to detail Work collaboratively Flexible and able to multi-task Structured and organised Quick learner on computer packages and technical systems Ability to organise administrative projects Desirable skills Experience of working in multi-disciplined teams, including system Developers and IT professionals Experience supporting projects, managing documentation such as project schedules. 3
Experience of Microsoft Project Contract terms This will be a permanent employment contract with a total salary of 22K and 24 days holiday with 10 days additional leave per annum. ETS are based in Hersham, in Surrey. Our offices are based a short walk from both Hersham and Walton-on-Thames train stations, which are on a main line to London.
