VALVE {Ed} DOES YOUR COMPANY QUALIFY? All Valve Manufacturer Association and Valve Repair Council members are eligible to exhibit, as well as: U.S. and Canadian-based companies that manufacture valves, actuators and controls U.S. and Canadian-based companies that manufacture products or provide services for these manufacturers OEM-certified valve repair and maintenance facilities located in the U.S. or Canada Distributors/channel partners are eligible to exhibit as long as they only display flow control products made by VMA members or U.S. and Canadian manufacturers who would qualify for VMA membership. WHAT TYPES OF COMPANIES EXHIBIT? Our exhibitor group is also diverse. It s a combination of those who distribute and supply a variety of products and services to valve, actuator and control manufacturers, as well as the manufacturers of these products. In addition, OEM valve service and repair companies exhibit. In the past, exhibitors have displayed a wide variety of products and services. Tuesday, October 30 3:00-5:00 pm Exhibitor set up 5:00-7:00 pm Wine n Beer reception exhibits open Exhibitors may begin set up at 3:00 pm on Tuesday and tear down should take place as soon as the exhibit area closes at 7:00 pm, at the conclusion of the reception. Please plan your airline travel accordingly. Exhibitors will be assigned space on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the approval of VMA. Each exhibitor will be provided a 6-foot by 30-inch covered table. Display is limited to the tabletop surface. Each exhibitor will receive TWO (ONLY) admissions to the reception. Additional personnel covered by the $75 per person charge will be issued separate admission credentials for the reception. Display items permitted are product samples, literature, media and giveaways. Display items not permitted are video sound equipment or motorized parts. The exhibitor s participation is limited to the hours of the exhibit. No hospitality suites, etc., are permitted. A seminar attendee registration list will be provided to each exhibitor, and any updates will be provided after the event. Exhibitor personnel who wish to attend the basics seminar must pay a separate registration fee. Exhibitors are entitled to $100 off the full (3-day) registration fee. Registration Fees The exhibit registration fee is $495 ($435 - Early-bird through August 31) for VMA/VRC members and $545 ($485 - Early-bird through August 31) for non-members. This fee covers your tabletop, attendee list, reception and exhibitor attendance for two company representatives during open exhibit hours. If your company wishes to bring additional personnel (above 2), the fee is $75 each. This fee does not include admittance to the educational seminar. If you wish to register exhibit personnel for the course, the registration fee is discounted. You can register for the course by using the online Exhibitor Registration Form. Registration & Cancellation Policies Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable, minus a 5% registration service charge. Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable. Cancellations received between 0 and 14 days prior to the event are nonrefundable. All cancellations must be in writing to mmaloneblevins@ vma.org. Due to event guarantees cancellations received between 0 and 14 days prior to the event are nonrefundable. Questions?
