III. DELIVERABLES & REPORT SUBMISSION (ANNEXURE-2) OBJECTIVE The objective of the following reports is to know: What are the project deliverables? What is the current status of the project? Where will the project be in the next 15-20 days? What are the administrative and technical issues which needs immediate attention? AS IS STUDY followed by submission of report at the end of following activities Identification of project location Identification of rural households (kindly specify the no of HH involved in the project location-wise for all GPs selected) Identification of trainees Identification of Equipment Identification of Vendor Procurement of Devices or other hardware Submission of 1 st Report (within 1 month of receipt of funds by State government) Software Development and integration with the NREGA MIS: Software development followed by software audit report Submission of 2 nd Report (within 10 days after submission of 1 st report) Training Training to the Staff including GRS and Panchayat Secretary Distribution of smart Cards and hands on training to use Smart Card and hand held devices. Submission of training report [3 rd Report] (within 10 days after 2 nd report) Project Implementation a. Distribution of Smartcards or capturing of Biometric signature b. Capture of attendance data through Smart Card and/or Hand held devices c. Transmission of data to Central Server d. Regular measurement of work. e. Transmission of work measurement data to Central Server f. Transmission of work measurement and wages data to the information access point (computers at GP or IT Kiosk) from Central server. g. Data updation to Smart Cards.

h. Use of Smart Card for withdrawal of wages from the hand held devices i. Submission of Project Implementation report-1[4 th report] (within 15 days after 3 rd report) j. Submission of Final Project Implementation report-2 [5 th report] (within 15 days after 4 th report) Project Completion Report Detailed Project completion report including description of complete project life cycle, cost and benefits analysis, implication and benefits of up scaling the project along with recommendations. Systematic documentation of all the processes of initiatives taken under the project is mandatory. [6 th report] (within 10 days after 5 th report) IV.
