For the successful implementation of the Workplace Health and Safety Improvement Plan is dependent upon the commitment of all staff. Goal 1 Work Health & Safety is to effectively communicate WHS matters with workgroups Action Required Division Responsibility Monitor and review the Division s Workplace Health and Safety Improvement Plan for. are to: Actively participate and attend meetings. Goal 2 Review, promote and improve Work Health and Safety (WHS) workplace performance. Action Required Division Responsibility Action (person/s) Due Complete Review and improve Supervisor and WHS Member Workplace Inspection processes to achieve improved information and time efficiency. Updates are to be reported to the WHS at each meeting. Inspection templates for specific workplaces are to be created for use in iauditor. Supervisors are to ensure their workplaces are inspected and forward completed inspections by May of each year. inspection is to occur in October of each year. Managers,, Human Resources Continue to promote the benefits of pro-actively reporting both WHS incidents and near misses through HORUS, with an emphasis on inputting quality information.
