EPMP Year End 2014 Manager Appraisal Adding Other Raters Infor Employee Space Quick Reference Guide Business Objective Other raters are an important part of the employee performance management process. Feedback from Other Raters provides an additional perspective on the employee s performance. Other raters are typically requested by employees and approved by managers as a part of the appraisal process, but on occasion, other raters need to be added at a later time after the other rater request and approval process has completed. Enter GHR via your desktop icon (if applicable) or go to https://employeeinfo.dpsk12.org a. Click on the link labeled Click here to access Employee and Manager Space. (If you receive a pop-up box stating Java Update Needed, click on LATER ). b. Log in using your DPS log-in and password. c. If the above doesn t work, click here for other PC support instructions. d. If you are accessing GHR on a Mac, click here for Macintosh support instructions. e. If you are still unable to get into GHR following the above instructions, please contact the DoTS Hotline at 720-423-3888.
2. If your employee has requested other raters for their year-end appraisal, your first step will be to approve the other raters who will give feedback during the appraisal process. To do this, click on your Start menu and select My Notifications. If you have already completed this process and need to add more Other Raters, skip to step 5. 3. Double-click on the notification that says Request Peer Appraisal and your employee s name. 4. Review the Request Other Rater Feedback form. If other raters have been selected who are not appropriate to give feedback during the appraisal process, you can delete them from this form. Highlight the number next to their name and hit the delete or backspace key on your keyboard. If there are others who should provide feedback during the appraisal process, you can add them. Type the last name in the Name box and click the enter key. When the name you want appears in the results, select it and click the Select button. Check the box to indicate whether this individual is a Colleague, an Other Supervisor, or an Internal Customer. When you ve completed the form and are satisfied with the people you would like to provide feedback during the appraisal process, please click on the Submit button. Other raters will now be notified that an appraisal is available for your employee. Close the Notifications window. Please be sure to discuss any changes or additional raters added with your employee. 5. To add other raters for your employee after or outside of the initial request process, double-click on the Manager icon. The Manager Space appears. 6. Click Review Performance. 7. Click on Appraisals by Resource. 8. On the My Staff tab, locate the employee that you are evaluating. You can use the search box to quickly search for the employee, by typing in their last name. 9. On the Active tab, right-click on the appraisal and select Peer Feedback. 10. Type the last name in the Last Name box and the first name in the First Name box and click the enter key. When the name you want appears in the results, select it and click the Select button. To select a rater type, click on the small triangle. Choose Colleague, Internal Customer or Other Supervisor and click Select. Click OK. The employee who you selected to complete an Other Rater appraisal will receive an email letting them know that an appraisal is available to complete.
