Effective Recruitment and Selection This highly practical 4-day recruitment and selection workshop provides participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to recruit and select the right team member for the job. We recommend that the recruitment and selection training programme takes into consideration your company s recruitment and selection process. As a result, this will ensure that the training embeds best practice across the organisation. Importantly, participants will go on to practice their interviewing skills during the workshop. About this Course It is very expensive to both organisations, when the wrong person is hired. We recognise that this is the first step to improving quality in an organisation and a direct support in their organisation s culture, its strategic direction, and their contribution to the company s success. Research has identified the practices that characterise the right skills, knowledge and processes who get extraordinary hiring decisions right in organisations and recruiting the right person is critical to an organisations success.

Format and Timings The course is presented in a highly participative format. The trainer will start with some basic principles, requiring interaction and discussion with the delegates. Video case studies, discussions and interactive analyses will ensure that the course content is both engaging and interesting. Registration & coffee will start at 8:00am on Day One. The course will run for four days, starting daily at 8:30am and finishing for lunch at 2:30 pm. There will be one coffee break, one prayer break and a seated buffet lunch on each day.
