6 Animal Production Fishery and Livestock IYA has realized $40,000 from the sale of 15 tons of catfish with an estimated turnover of $400,000 by the end of IYA has also established a pig farm to produce low-fat meat. 10 Capacity Building The IITA Youth Agripreneurs (IYA) have focused on the following training: Project Administration Entrepreneurship Development Financial Management in Projects Leadership and Business Management skills ICT in Agribusiness Proposal Development Use of Farm Machineries Postharvest Mechanization Crop Production; best-bet agronomic practices More than 500 youths have been trained in Nigeria (Abuja, Cross River, and Borno States), DR Congo, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.
