3 Starting point (2) Project in 2007: Traditional products of the Lonjsko Polje Nature Park and protected areas of Sisak Moslavina County definedtechnology of production of traditional slaughter products defined technological features of pork meat and processed products Nature parklonjsko polje is looking for funds to continue the project -in late 2016 started the project "Turopolje pig"

4 Goal of the pilot project: Conception and testing of the supply chain for the sale of the meat from free range Definition of marketing mix elements Trial marketing/market testing They required funds for the processing facility-not approved

Defined test products and their features:dry sausage, ham, bacon, cracklings, fat Defined production technology Pilot project 6 fattening Turopolje pigs were slaughtered (925 kg live weight) Experimental production of Turopolje pig products Survey - 3 family farms for defining the cost of the products Testing consumer preferences
