4 What is Business Intelligence? Business intelligence (BI) is a technology driven process for analysing data and presenting actionable information to help corporate executives, business managers and other end users make more informed business decisions.

5 What is Agile? Agile software development is a set of development methods in which requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between business representatives, and self organizing, cross functional teams. Agile methodology is an alternative to traditional project management. It helps teams respond to unpredictability through incremental, iterative work cadences, known as sprints.
