Achieving success while cutting costs is possible with project management guidance from an experienced Coach willing to help work with lower-cost, internal staff rather than a consultant. A company ends up with a better implementation which is designed and operated by employees who emotionally own the implementation. Professional coaching helps fix the cost of implementation services at a predictable amount while improving the chances for successful implementation. Gloria Braunschweig has developed a project management methodology geared around the needs of small and midsize companies. The project management method is nicknamed KISSR, Keep It Simple, Successful, and Rapid. Gloria is the owner of Dorian Moon Press, LLC, and Computeration, Inc. Under Dorian Moon Press, she wrote and published the book Rapid Implementation along with developing a digital workbook of easy-to-use templates. Computeration has managed hundreds of implementations of the product now known as Microsoft Dynamics GP ( Dynamics GP ). Coaching Costs Coaching leads you through the steps of an implementation rather than providing the actual hands-on work like a typical implementation consultant. In every session the Coach will cover project management processes and respond to questions. This session is always held with only our Coach and two people from your company the client company executive providing project resources (the Oversight Executive ) and the company internal project manager. The Coach will evaluate the company s ability to complete an implementation with adequate resources and a project manager with aptitude and time. We encourage you to spend about two hours to read the free materials available in the Resource section of prior to the Kickoff session or attend the free initial sessions covering those materials. Advance preparation is one of the keys to your successful implementation. Nature of Coaching Sessions, Scheduling, and Cancellations All classes are taught based on Dynamics GP version Each session begins with a review of the steps to be covered in the session. The Coach may present information and tips in the next fifteen to thirty minutes. Then the session wraps up with project management review and a Q&A. The sessions are planned to be one hour in length and to begin and end on time. They may be extended slightly at the Coach s discretion if questions are relevant to all attendees. Questions during the presentation section of the coaching hour must be relevant to the immediate point being covered. Questions following the presentation must be relevant to the material presented until all relevant questions are answered. If time

3 allows, questions on past and future functionality may be answered. KISSR documentation will be supplemented by Microsoft online training webinars and manuals or the setup checklists and routines inside of Microsoft Dynamics GP. These supplements will be assigned to the client s internal project managers to be completed between sessions. This material requires authorized access to training materials and webinars on Microsoft CustomerSource. If client s internal project managers fail to complete individual assignments, the Coach will immediately notify the client s Oversight Executive. Further sessions may be cancelled or re-scheduled until the project manager completes the assignments, subject to the Re-scheduling, Cancellation, and Refund clause within this document. By utilizing coaching rather than consulting, clients accept the risk and liability of the success or failure of the implementation. We advise internal project managers of the time and resources necessary for success. We advise the Oversight Executive if we suspect pending failure. Depending upon the number of implementations underway, there may be up to three client internal project managers from different companies online with the Coach. KISSR documentation will be utilized by the Coach. You may purchase the electronic KISSR documentation separately or it will be provided with the initial package of coaching sessions. At any time during the coaching process, you can ask for additional services from Computeration. Additional services are billed separately from coaching sessions and are subject to Computeration s standard Master Service Agreement. Sessions must be paid in advance by either a check remitted to Computeration, received by the start of the session, or via payment through PayPal. Enrollees are advised of the class schedule upon receipt of payment. At no time will the Coach view, open, operate, modify, or backup a client s system. To do so changes the business relationship from coaching to consulting; therefore, Computeration requires execution of their standard Master Service Agreement and a Work Authorization. Re-scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds Re-scheduling for any online webinar or consulting appointment may be granted subject to the class schedule, with 72 work hours or more advance notice. Re-scheduling requests less than 72 work hours before a class constitutes cancellation with no refund. Each company enrolling in online classes is granted 1 no-questions-asked cancellation every 3 months to accommodate for illness or emergency. Cancellations accompanied by a Refund request are subject to the Refund policy. Refunds are granted up to 72 work hours prior to a class.

4 Refunds for a single class are granted at the rate paid, less a $25 processing fee. Refunds of bundle prices first undergo a calculation: - The cost of used hours and materials is calculated based on published current rates - A processing fee of $25 is subtracted along with any credit card or PayPal processing fees - The balance of the bundle is refunded by check

5 KISSR Initial Sessions and Materials In each session, the Coach will make a short presentation then field questions from attendees. 01 Selection Session This is a free session open to all prospective users of business management software. The session IS NOT hard core selling of Dynamics GP or any other software product. The session is based on the downloadable Free Sneak Peek Rapid Implementation of Software from Resources section. 02 Needs Analysis Session This is a free session open to all prospective and current users of business management software. The session is based on the downloadable Dynamics GP Sample Needs Analysis from Resources section. The session is not a full demonstration of Dynamics GP, but a demonstration via a remote session can easily be scheduled after review of the needs analysis. 03 Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership Session This is a free session open to all prospective and current users of business management software. Especially useful in situations where a champion must make a presentation to managers or a board of directors to discuss the Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership. The session is based on the downloadable TCO and ROE Excel Template from Resources section. 04 On-premise Survey Session This is a free session open to all prospective and current users of business management software. The session is based on the downloadable On-premise Survey form from Resources section and the current Dynamics GP system requirements from Microsoft. 05 Hosted Options Q&A Session This is a free session open to all prospective and current users of business management software. The session is based on the downloadable Hosted options from the Resources section.

6 KISSR Coaching Sessions These sessions are led by technical people certified Microsoft Dynamics GP Installation and Implementation Specialists and Professionals. Utilizing a free downloadable program, Citrix GoToMeeting, attendees view the desktop of the Coach as the Coach works through the material at hand. Each attendee is required to meet these Prerequisites, various as listed for each class: 1. Paid subscription to at least one hosted user of GP 2010 or 2013, purchase of at least one GP 2013 Starter Pack, or purchase of the GP 2010 Foundation Pack. 2. Authorized access to training materials and webinars on Microsoft CustomerSource because of their on-premise or paid hosted subscription to Dynamics GP. 3. Access to the KISSR Electronic Project Management Documents through a paid subscription to the documents or purchase of attendance to the Kickoff Session. 4. Tested login using Citrix GoToMeeting 5. Completion of any class prerequisite homework as listed. 10 Kickoff Prerequisites: 3, 4, and 5, above Review of the 10 Purchase and Kickoff.PDF prior to the meeting This session is the first and primary project management session, mandatory for all companies engaging in the KISSR Rapid Implementation coaching sessions. The attendee may enroll for the session just before or after purchasing Microsoft Dynamics GP. This session is always 1:1, Coach to company. It will not be bundled with other sessions. Other paid sessions will not be scheduled until this session is completed. The four-page document covering the purchase process and kickoff will be provided as part of the electronic coaching workbook or can be sent to registrants for the session. There will be a demonstration of a QuickBooks to Dynamics GP migration with minor changes to data. After the class, the RapidStart code and manuals will be supplied to attendees who request them. 9 Warranty and Limitation of Liability Computeration, Inc. ( Computeration ) is a professional services consulting firm which provides network administration services including the management of hosted applications and managed network monitoring and backup, coaching, training, consulting, support, and services relating to the operation of business management systems. Computeration also resells software, hardware, and application hosting provided by third-party vendors as defined below. Dorian Moon Press LLC ( DMPL )is a publishing company providing training materials for evaluation, selection, purchase, training, and operation of business management systems. Venue for all matters shall be in the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. Computeration and DMPL will provide reasonable services and materials in a manner that is consistent with the same standard of professional service providers in Oregon. Client must provide a notice of any claim to Computeration and DMPL within 30 days of the initial event causing any damage. Computeration shall not be liable for any claims for which such notice is not provided. Neither Computeration nor DMPL shall not be liable for any damages in excess of the amount paid by Client to Computeration or DMPL for services during the 30 days preceding the notice of claim from the client. Neither Computeration nor DMPL shall not be liable for any damages resulting directly or indirectly from causes outside their control, such as but not limited to: electrical power failures or faults, telephonic or internet communication interruption, flood, fire, earthquake, wind storm, war, riot, insurrection, political instability, acts of terrorists, theft, strikes or other labor unrest, bankruptcy or business failure of third parties, embargoes, government regulation, or acts of God. Neither Computeration nor DMPL shall not be liable for any expenses, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, consequential damages, incidental damages, or indirect damages that Client or others may suffer as a result of the services, the hardware, or software sold to Client. This document does not replace or alter the terms of the licenses or limited warranties provided to Client by software developers, hardware manufacturers, or application hosts. Computeration and DMPL expressly disclaim any implied warranties for services, hardware, software, custom development, or professional services. Computeration and DMPL provide no implied warranty of merchantability, and no implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
