3 Page Executive Summary 1.1 Mission Camelgram is all about serving merchants and enterprises worldwide to participating in the rapid growth of digital assets and enable digital asset holders to enjoy the new-found wealth seamlessly. It s our observation that eventually every business will own a Blockchain machine to track interaction with partners and customers and, on it, will run multiple blockchains. Our goal is to make the entire experience non-technical and enjoyable, starting with payment function. As opportunities arises, we will expand to full financial service offerings and acquire appropriate financial licenses. We outline the approach in this crowdsale Whitepaper. 1.2 The Point-of-Sale Network Today The point-of-sale device is a familiar and integral part of modern economy. Payment networks like Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, American Express, JCB and Diner s Club collectively process trillions of value each year. However, in credit-based transactions, the risk is shouldered by businesses as services and products are sold before payments are settled. In addition, the payment networks only serve a certain percentage of population. The under-banked as well as elderly are often excluded from such services. Finally, the high interest expense and transaction fee are levied upon card holders and merchants. 1.3 Problem enticed by Digital Assets Since the introduction of Bitcoin in 2009, the value encapsulated by various blockchain assets has grown rapidly. As of August 1, the top 3 crypto-assets (BTC, ETH and XRP), collectively embodies around $70B (source: Coinmarketcap.com). However, most enterprises and merchants were shielded from this newfound spending power as solutions to receive payment remain scarce. The blockchain learning curve and on-boarding process is far too complex for the average audience. Even though there are few bridging solutions leveraging existing payment networks, however, the aforementioned issues such as high fee, delay and fraud remains, which defeat the purpose of having blockchain asset in the first place. 1.4 Market Opportunity What businesses really want is a familiar Point-of-Sale device with manageable sub-accounts, helping them accept multiple blockchain assets via scanning and settles transactions in widely accepted currencies such as USD, EUR or whatever preference, immediately right after transaction which

Located in Hong Kong, one of the financial, logistic and trade centers in the world and within close proximity of global manufacturing hub, we are well positioned to capitalize on this grand opportunity. 1.5 Business Model Camelgram has multiple revenue streams by design. First of all, the POS device itself is a great value to businesses as it opens up fresh demand and serves as classy marketing signature. The device also offers up-sell opportunities as new blockchains emerge. Secondly, like most network model, Camelgram takes a small percentage fee in each transaction. Thirdly, Camelgram will offer analytic services to its audiences to improve business decisions. Finally, in this digital age, real-time demand data is the new gold. Camelgram can offer lead discovery to complementary providers in each transaction, offering both convenience to users and increment revenue opportunity to data subscribers. Finally, transaction is the first step for many other financial products such as insurance and warranty, or credit services such as Letter of Credit in the case of International trade.

5 Page The CamelGram Platform The Camelgram platform consists of two elements, the edge POS devices and APPs, and core service infrastructure. The physical devices are mainly used by businesses to collect payments and track transactions. APPs are used by digital asset holders to send value. The use of Camelgram Apps is optional as POS device offers QR code for any 3rd party wallet capable of scanning QR code to wire value to Camelgram's merchant address. At the core of the Camelgram Platform is the secure service infrastructure which manages multiple ledger entries and tracking, clearing with ACH and SEPA and other national settlement networks, conversing with Forex institutions and cloud analytic services. 2.1 Key Features Physical Multi-Chain POS Device Having a physical device with plug-n-play experience is crucial to many non-technical business audiences. In addition, because different strokes for different folks, we expect digital assets will come in varieties and diversities. Initially, we plan to tailor to most audience's taste and include top 5 digital assets in use and adding more as new ones emerge. We also can offer tailor-made devices for particular supply-chain purpose On-Chain Delivery Tracking Tracking delivery is often the anxious part of purchasing or selling experience. With blockchain, it's easy. As long as the participants are in the same value network (blockchain), series of subsequent transactions on the same article can be traced by all parties involved. Because of the shared nature of blockchain, there is no need for a third party to verify and confirm the transaction. Participants in the transaction who have the right permissions will be able to review the same information in real-time Post-sales via Smart Contract A certain portion of transaction cost are due to manual effort on post-sales tasks such as refunding, restocking, receipt mailing, address updating, etc. Some tasks can be automated via Smart Contract when conditions are met, thus free up manual labor and reduces operating cost.

This offers automation opportunity for compliance requirements in certain situations such as cross-border transactions. Periodic reports can be compiled and submitted to regulatory institutions automatically and systematically Cloud-based Analytics In each POS device, we offer the option to store and analyze transactions according to selected parameters, which can be subsequently processed using cloud-based Big Data technique. We plan to offer standardized cloud-based analytic as a service. Important information such as trends, demographics, preferences, attribute correlation and incident rate can be visualized and exported Forex Clearing POS device owners really would prefer to receive payment in local or well circulated currencies such as USD or EUR. The CamelG\gram platform will provide integration with ACH as well as SEPA in addition to Money Center institutions to offer currency conversion. 2.2 Technology The Camelgram architecture is a secure, scalable, responsive and robust combination of the proven approaches in blockchain, front-end and server-side technologies with successful deployment in places like Facebook, Amazon, Google, and Netflix Multi-Chain Our core service platform leverages multi-blockchain technologies which offers choices for all participants. The decentralized nature of the blockchain offers consistent, shared and secure processes allowing a trust-less interaction between parties which removes third party costs and commissions. Our platform plan to leverages the Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin and Fabric blockchain and Smart Contract where available which provides comprehensive development environment and a large community.

We use a Node.js and Java to implement back-end business logic. Java, in particular applied where legacy integration is required. The technical stack combination is a proven fast, secure and robust approach API Services The Camelgram service platform will provide secure API services for ecosystem partners and for further customization. The data and meta data generated will provide insights and near real-time lead generation which opens up opportunities for our partners and API service subscribers. 2.3 Target Audience We provide Camelgram platform as a general tool for all participants in various applications and industries. General Merchants - participate in the incremental sales opportunities. Cross-border Enterprises - conduct international trade in a timely and cost-efficient manner. 8 8 3. POS - The Token The POS Token is used to power the Camelgram ecosystem and functions as a mean to expense or reward participation in the ecosystem. In a real-world situation, a merchant transacts a sale using POS device typically is charged a fee, range anywhere from 1% to 3.5% of the sales. Camelgram platform offers competitive 0.5% of transacted value. The earned value is saved in a separate account to create appreciation of the token. Other potential application of POS tokens in the ecosystem include: Reward for providing data or service 3 rd party complimentary service. For example, shipping and delivery. IP licensing 3.1 ICO Crowdsale Initial coin offering (ICO) is a popular mean for blockchain projects to gather necessary resources where ICO participants directly exchange existing blockchain tokens or digital assets for the new variety of token. POS token does not represent or confer any ownership right(s) or stake, share or security or equivalent right(s), intellectual property right(s) or any form of investment relating to the Camelgram Platform or its affiliates. 3.2 POS Token ICO An between 5 million to the maximum of 40 million POS token will be issued during the crowdsale. The sale will last two months from the 9am, 7 th of September 2017 (Greenwich time, London) to the 6 th of November 2017 (Greenwich time, London) unless otherwise declared. 20%, of the total POS tokens pool will be kept as reserve. The smallest unit of POS token is , which is call a pin. ICO crowdsale participants can use BTC or ETH to exchange for the POS token. The maximum amount each party can exchange in the ICO crowdsale is limited to 1,000 ETH (or equivalent) to favor participants with lesser means. Page 8

9 Page POS Token ICO Pricing The base price of POS is 100 per ETH or 1000 POS per BTC. The price for each tier is calculated on a bonus model and the exchange is based on a first-come-first-serve basis. Early participation will benefit from the highest bonus, which will eventually diminish down to 0% at the last tier. Pricing formula: where Exchange Price = Base price * (1 + f (x)) x represents the current tier. f(x) represents the bonus value specified in each tier in the bonus model below. 3.4 POS Bonus Model The bonus model will award additional token according to the table below. For example: one party exchanges 100 ETH for POS tokens within first 24 hours of ICO crowdsale. This party will receive POS tokens, which is 2000 more than the base exchange ratio. We will continue through the tiers until the targeted goal has been reached. Research & Development 30% - The majority of the funding budget will go towards an expansion of the development team who will build, test and scale out our infrastructure and POS design. Additional specialists will be hired as needed. Manufacturing and Distribution 30% - We expect manufacturing and distribution will be the most capital-intensive element of the business activity and a good share of the funds will be set aside for such purpose. Roadmap These are the preliminary road-map set out per this crowdsale and we welcome suggestions from the community as we firmly believe the collective wisdom. In the suggestion to us, please provide real name and address, a description of the usage scenario and the problem being solved. We will not have the manpower to reply every but will try our best to collaboration on those suggestions that will create the most impact.

12 Page The Company We were founded in Hong Kong in late 2009 in the middle of great Financial Crisis as a consultancy service in International trade. During a trip to San Francisco in 2014, the founder David had the fortune to meet with Ripple Lab s CTO Stefan, Evangelist Ryan and the entire engineering team. This started his blockchain journey. David subsequently prototyped a ripple gateway as technical Proof-of-Concept (POC). The POC stay running until today, almost 3 years, without any glitch. In 2017, when many communities and institutions starting to realize the revolutionary potential, we decide the timing is right to launch. 5.1 Our Values We strongly believe values and culture guide our daily actions and long-term destiny. As a technology veteran from Silicon Valley, David held prior senior positions at Microsoft, Oracle, IBM and NASA. Shi Liang Chen, VP of Engineering Shiliang is a former Huawei veteran with great engineering management experience. He possesses great leadership, sense of responsibility and development discipline. His technical specialty includes financial transaction and telecom.
