2 Product Summary MOBILeENFORCEMENT is an easy to install, easy to deploy solution of hardware and software to provide parking ticket violation and reporting. It is designed to operate with a specific set of portable hardware that provides the parking authority with a mobile violation recording, ticket generation, and solution. The system uses a web-based interface for access from any location to allow for maintenance/reporting and export/import of system data. The handheld provides for capture of: - Officer s Number - GPS/Location Capture - Meter ID - Violation Photo - Officer s Notes - Violation Look-Up - Hard Ticket Generation The web interface provides the facility for entry and maintenance of the: - Officers - Violations and Fees - Historical Reporting MOBILeENFORCEMENT communicates using WiFi and (optionally) broadband secure communication between the devices and the web site. MOBILeENFORCEMENT comes with a standard ticket format but can be modified to support custom ticket stock. 2

3 System Summary MOBILeENFORCEMENT is a handheld driven, cloud-based solution for providing parking violation tracking. As a result, installation and set up are simple and require no significant effort. System Features The field product consists of a ruggedized PDT (Personal Data Terminal) loaded with a touch screen GUI, ATM style application that provides both the violation capture, as well as the hard ticket generation. The management portion of the application is a cloud-based solution that supplies the functionality for managing both the databases used in the field devices and the reporting tools and system status. System Requirements MOBILeENFORCEMENT requires the purchase of an approved PDT with integrated printer (single piece solution) or an approved PDT and a printer (two-piece solution). For access to the management cloud, a secure system appliance and a PC/Laptop operating with internet software is required. 5 MOBILeVE - MOBILeENFORCEMENT Database Manager MOBILeVE - MOBILeENFORCEMENT is a command and control console providing maintenance and editing, reporting import and export of the data used by the MOBILeENFORCEMENT system. 7 Reports (Continued) Journal Viewer The journal viewer provides access to the electronic journal produced in MOBILeENFORCEMENT. Entry of specific selection criteria will allow for a drill down to the journal required. 7

8 MOBILeENFORCEMENT Ticket Format MOBILeENFORCEMENT provides a standard ticket format to support 3 and 4 printers. However custom ticket stock and formats can be designed and created. This is a parameter and can be changed to print only a single copy or multiple copies. 8

9 Import/Export Templates Import MOBILeENFORCEMENT provides a template for the importation of all of the system files. Example: - Officers - Violations and Fees. This allows for easy integration with the municipal system without the requirement to re-key. The format template allows for the export of the file from the user s ERP system in a standard.csv format and can be imported automatically or manually to the MOBILeENFORCEMENT system. 10 Export MOBILeENFORCEMENT powered by MOBILeTY provides a template for exporting the productivity file. This can be used for external analysis of the MOBILeENFORCEMENT system usage. The export template allows for the creation of a file in a standard.csv structure. Export is manually initiated from the MOBILeVE console. Below is an example of the export file and the file values.
