12 RTM - ALL SUPPLYING BOTTLERS CONTACT INFORMATION Last updated by CBS ARTM POM Team When a Distributor experiences a typical Supply Chain issue such as a product cut or a late delivery, it is important that they follow the existing communication protocol. However, in cases where Supply or Transportation issues are ongoing and systemic, or responses are not being sent timely, a Distributor may feel that an escalation is necessary. Please read the descriptions of the issues outlined below, and follow the appropriate escalation process. Please provide the following information: 1. Which Distributor is experiencing the issue?
