2 REVIEW TOP MARKETING AUTOMATION SYSTEMS The landscape of marketing automation providers is becoming more competitive and consolidated as enterprise marketing cloud solutions acquire and merge singular MAPs into their integrated product offerings. This marketing automation comparison is not all-inclusive nor is it intended to indicate which system is the best. Instead, the purpose of this matrix is to allow decision-makers to compare the features of each product so they can be evaluated against budget and specific customer experience management and marketing cloud priorities. The key to the right will allow you to quickly and easily identify the features most important to your organization. This rating system was used to rate the level of integration of a feature set as well as to describe its maturity and completion. Ratings of are used for feature sets that have a wide range of variability. In cases in which there is not enough variability for a rating, we simply indicate whether or not the feature is available.
