He also leads company s Digital Strategies team, which procures and implements social media strategies for public companies. He has been successful developing industry contacts in and around major businesses in UK. Previously, client worked in marketing and branding small to medium sized businesses. Prior to that, he was an underwriter specializing in aerospace and aviation insurance. Client s collaboration with Fusion changed the way their operations were taking place on the daily basis and optimised the whole process.

3 CLIENT SUMMARY Client's company is dedicated to the discovery and creation of shareholder value for public companies. The company has specific experience with life science, high technology and international companies. The company provides its clients with capital market advisory, strategic communication and multimedia marketing services. They adapt these services to their client s particular needs to successfully reach and influence key capital market participants in order to maximize shareholder value. Client s capital market advisory services include overall investor strategy development to increase and leverage investor awareness, visibility & credibility. Their strategic communications services leverage digital media channels to further increase awareness to all key constituents, and their multimedia marketing services include direct mail, marketing, investor presentation production, video production and website development.

THE CHALLANGE Prior to the collaboration with Fusion, their work was technically difficult, time consuming and they were not able to devote their full time due to company meetings and other important

In February 2015, the idea of outsourcing appealed to the client & they decided to delegate few of their daily administrative work such as: preparing Distribution on News, Create Month Till Date, Update Distribution Detail report, sending reminder s to their team, Twitter Following Task, and few other administrative work.

A strategy was discussed and a partnership formed.
