Class III represents a situation in where there is a reasonable probability that the consumption/exposure to a food is not likely to result in any adverse health consequences. Following a consumer complaint, our manufacturer has detected a potential issue with the microbiological levels of the caramel in our Camino Caramel and peanuts milk chocolate candy bars, lot code L1114E0219, distributed from April 29 until Aug 3, Product details: Product name Camino Caramel and peanuts milk chocolate Unit format 34 g Lot code L1114E0219 UPC Retail display case SCC Please note that no other Camino chocolate candy bars, other chocolate bars or other products are affected. We have contacted the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to review these bars and await their analysis. At this time, we prefer to eliminate any risk of potential issues. We ask that any stores or individuals who have inventory of Camino Caramel and peanuts chocolate candy bars lot code L1114E0219 destroy them immediately. Attached is a Product Recall Form to be completed and returned to your distributor of Camino products.
