3 Facilitate Support Ticket Escalation Primary point of contact any time a support issue needs additional attention. Will coordinate status calls on Priority 1 tickets, and provide additional information to support based on experience with your environment to speed resolution. Also aids in gathering information critical to rapid resolution of support tickets. Helps Establish Test Plans and Regression Testing Understands both the important changes made for a Datameer upgrade and the workload that best represents your business. Provides recommendations and can help build documentation to best test for issues prior to upgrades or configuration changes. Feature Request Status Updates Provides a list of all opened feature requests with internal Datameer tracking ID. Provides regular updates on status of feature requests and can advocate on behalf of customer for important improvements. Execution Engine Tuning Engages with the customer and Datameer engineering as needed to help tune TEZ, SPARK, and any future execution engines for best performance based on customer workload. Understands the nuances of tuning and how the specifics of the customer workload. Environment Migration For a customer choosing to move to a new hadoop distribution or move their existing distribution to or from the cloud, Technical Advisory Services will help with the process planning from the Datameer side to ensure all data is successfully migrated and all configurations are correct to ensure Datameer continues running and performing optimally. Kerberos/impersonation help Helps document customer requirements and constraints regarding data security and will guide the admin team through the implementation of securing their Datameer data. This includes correctly configuring Datameer and ensuring the security model best meets the customer needs. SDLC development Guidance defining the development process for Datameer work and then documenting and implementing a multi-tier landscape (Development, Preproduction, Production). Topics such as security between levels, scripting to automate promotion, and testing between tiers will be covered. PAGE 3

4 Security/Governance Configuration For customers looking for a holistic approach to securing their analytics platform, Technical Advisory Services will document requirements and then provide guidance and documentation around roles and groups, access control, encryption, impersonation, and other areas of security. Third party integration advisement For customers looking to ensure Datameer integrates with other products for Data movement, Metadata Management, automation, or reporting, Technical Advisory Services will provide support for integration of tools and guidance and support for any customer plug-ins or scripting necessary to fully facilitate integration. Custom scripting/development For customers that require customized scripting or development for integration or workbook function, their dedicated technical architect will assist in scoping, developing, testing, and deploying these assets and needed. Health Checks/Utilization Metrics Periodic review of Datameer installation and feedback on system health, areas for improvement, and utilization metrics such as user population, amount of data processed, and number of jobs completed. Workbook Optimization Experienced Datameer resource will review long running or critical workbooks and offer recommendations for improving performance or achieving other analytic goals based on specific customer need. Office Hours Virtual or in-person* time for any datameer user to ask questions and receive guidance on their work. This could be how to use a specific function, or troubleshoot a difficult analytic workflow, or general guidance on how to tackle a new topic. The time is yours to use however best suits your organization. Executive readout on product and projects Datameer will summarize past and on-going work with the customer development team and package into an executive presentation highlighting accomplishments, goals, future work, and any challenges.
