3 A UNIQUE SHAPE Design patent application no. W The Panorama steel roofing sheet is a new product on the market and the only steel roofing model of this type in Poland. Its unique shape was developed by a team of architects and individuals planning to build a house who dream about an exceptional and elegant roof. Combining a classic design with innovation resulted in a lightweight but well-defined line of roofing which through its originality creates a broad perspective in the surrounding space. A selection of 5 different colours provides the possibility of perfect adaptation to the style of the building façade. Panorama constitues a well-chosen roof which will add strength and beauty to every house.

4 EXCEPTIONAL DURABILITY The Panorama steel roofing sheet is available only with the CESAR PUR55 coating (polyurethane with polyamide) with thickness of 55 μm. The outstanding durability of this coating ensures incomparably long life and high resistance in every environment. Owing to the innovative profile, durability of the coatings and compatibility of the system, PANORAMA is a complete roofing system and guarantees unique appearance of the roof. In technical terms, the groove ensures the following: Easy positioning during assembly (when installing the module roof panels, the groove goes into another groove forming a type of a quick lock ) eliminating defects in workmanship Makes installation and measuring easier (the modules of the panels are identical) Ensures uniform surface of the roof, which is visible especially in the sunlight Makes the roof more rigid and compensates the stresses caused by thermal expansion Balex Metal is the first manufacturer and innovator of this solution (Patent application no. 7 MODULAR SYSTEM PANORAMA is a complete roofing system for every type of house. The modularity of the elements (both the tile sheets and the flashing elements: edge tiles and ridge tiles) enables easy transport and simple assembly on the roof. The modular system also eliminates the need for cutting the material and lowers waste. The PANORAMA steel roofing sheet is easy to assemble and requires a lighter structure when compared to traditional roofing systems. Simultaneously, it guarantees exclusive appearance of the roof. 8 PANORAMA edge tiles The PANORAMA edge tiles show the highest level of detail The innovative solution for closing the roof edges is a guarantee of exceptional aesthetic and functional values. In comparison to standard wind beams, the PANORAMA edge tile system lacks any slots and it provides ideal protection for the roof edge against rain and snow blown by the wind. The PANORAMA steel edge tile system is an innovative and patented solution (Patent application no. P ). Due to the unique appearance of the flashing, it enhances the beauty and lightness of the PANORAMA roofing system.

9 PANORAMA modular ridge tiles The ridge constitutes the roof crown. The appearance of the PANORAMA modular ridge tiles matches the embossed elements of the roof. A roof finished in such a way creates a cohesive and effective whole. In order to ensure tightness as well as proper air circulation, one recommends using a ventilation ridge tape.
