8 Ⅰ. General Regulations 1. Terms 1.1 ITU Telecom World 2017 is the exhibition organized by International Telecommunication Union. 1.2 The organizer means International Telecommunication Union 1.3 The organizer's headquarters is situated in Geneva Switzerland. General affairs for the exhibition will be dealt with by the organizer. 1.4 ITU Telecom World 2017 will be held in BEXCO, Busan, Republic of Korea 2. Booth Positioning and Hall Layout 2.1 The organizer shall position the booth in due consideration of the order of application received, type of the products, floor space and other reasonable standards. Exhibitors may not object to the decisions made by the organizer. 2.2 Exhibitors shall not rent, lend or transfer all or part of the booth space positioned to them; nor shall they exchange booths with other exhibitors. If this provision is violated, the organizer may dismiss the exhibitors from the exhibition. 2.3 The organizer has the right to change the assigned location and area even after allocation is completed. In this case, exhibitors may not cancel or make claims against the organizer on the grounds of such changes. 3. Intellectual Property Rights Protection 3.1 The insignia of ITU Telecom World has been registered with the Patent Administration. Unless prior approval has been obtained from the organizer, ITU Telecom World insignia may not be used by any other parties. 3.2 The insignia of ITU Telecom World refers to the symbol, poster design, the title of ITU Telecom World 2017 and any combination thereof. 3.4 Exhibitors wishing to use insignia of ITU Telecom World shall submit an application to the organizer and may have the right of use after paying the specified royalty. 4. Insurance 4.1 The organizer shall insure any personal damages or accidents within the exhibition hall during the exhibition period. (This only covers common use space. Participants are responsible for their own booth.) 4.2 Exhibitors shall be responsible for the management of exhibits, and the organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage through theft, fire, or any other occurrences. 7

9 4.3 Exhibitors shall insure all exhibits and necessary equipment on display as required for the entire period of installation, duration of exhibition and dismantling. 4.4 If any damage to other companies is occurred by the fault of an exhibitor, the exhibitor is liable for the damage. 5. Obligations and Responsibilities 5.1 Exhibitors shall be legally liable for any damage from not complying with the policies and regulations of the organizer. 5.2 Exhibitors shall be held liable for all accidents occurring in their exhibition booths. 5.3 The organizer's responsibility is limited to damages occurring due to the fault of the organizer and related personnel in carrying out their duties. Therefore, the organizer shall not be held liable for theft and damage caused by the fault of exhibitors or other similar reasons. 5.4 Exhibitors shall observe the management regulations set forth by the organizer and the exhibition hall operation regulations established by BEXCO. 6. Cancellation or Change of ITU Telecom World The organizer may cancel or suspend ITU Telecom World 2017 due to natural disaster, calamities, war and other force majeure. In such cases, however, the organizer shall not compensate for any damage or loss. 6.2 If deemed necessary, the organizer may change the period of the exhibition and/or opening hours. In this event, no compensation shall be made for any loss or damage resulting from said change; nor may exhibitors cancel participation on the grounds of the change. 7. Amendment of Regulations and Rules If inevitable, the organizer may change, add or delete part or all of the regulations or establish separate by-laws. In this event, exhibitors shall be notified of the amendment in writing. 8. Dispute Settlement The organizer has the right to prescribe all matters not stipulated in Ⅰ. General Regulations, and the exhibitors shall follow the organizer's decision. 8

11 II. Exhibition Regulations 1. Bonded Area 1.1 The organizer shall obtain a special bonded area for exhibition halls in BEXCO during the exhibition period, and help foreign exhibits be imported through simplified customs procedures. 1.2 Once brought into the bonded area, no products shall be moved to other places unless prior approval has been obtained from the organizer or customs officials. 1.3 Exhibitors are permitted to freely make sales contracts in the bonded area but no direct sales activities shall be permitted. 2. Delivery of Foreign Exhibits 2.1 Exhibitors will be responsible for the delivery of all exhibits (including booth installations) to the exhibition halls according to the dates set forward in the Key Dates and Deadlines. 2.2 All exhibits (including booth installations) entered in ITU Telecom World 2017 must be shipped through a local partner of a registered delivery and customs company (refer to BEXCO-designated Registered Company ), designated by BEXCO, for greater delivery efficiency after the shipments arrive in Korea. 2.3 After closure of ITU Telecom World 2017, exhibits shall be returned. Import of exhibits shall be subject to normal customs procedure. 3. 12 Weight Limit - Exhibition Hall 1,2,3 (5 ton/m 2 ) Exhibition Hall Specifications Freight Entrance (No entrance for over 5-ton vehicle) Exhibition Center Ⅰ : 5m high, 4.2m wide (Hall 1,2,3) Speed limitation - 5 km/h 3.3 During the period of delivery and removal, no restrictions or limitations are made. However, supervisor of exhibitors should always be present at the site to prevent theft or loss of exhibits. The organizer is not liable for any theft or loss in anyway. 3.4 In principle, no exhibits shall be brought in or out during the period of ITU Telecom World If inevitable, the organizer's prior permission should be obtained and it shall be submitted to the guards. 3.5 During the period of the exhibition, delivery and removal of the exhibits are allowed during [08:00~10:00] and [18:00~19:00] with the prior permission of the organizer. 3.6 An extra waste disposal fee shall be charged if exhibitors negligently leave waste (plastics, wood and glass etc.) either inside or outside of the exhibition hall. 4. Move out of hand- carried goods only 29 [08:00-24:00] Dismantling, vehicles allowed 4.1 Exhibitors may begin moving out hand-carried goods after 20:00 on September 28, No vehicles are allowed on the last day of exhibition. 11

13 4.2 Dismantling and removal of construction can be done after 08:00 on September 29, If after-hour work becomes necessary, before and after 08:00-24:00, the exhibitors shall obtain prior permission of the organizer, and shall pay an additional lease fee for the Exhibition Hall. 5. Selection of Exhibition Booth Contractor and Submission of Documents 5.1 The exhibitor shall have the right to select the contractor to build the installation from among a selection of companies designated by and registered with BEXCO. Construction and dismantling should be done in accordance with related laws and regulations of Republic of Korea. 5.2 The exhibitor must submit information on the contractors and construction drawings to BEEXCO by submission of Raw Space Construction Application for prior approval after taking into account sufficient time for any possible changes. The deadline must be kept (August 25, 2017) and the submitted information must include a floor plan and stand elevation with accurate measurements and a 3D construction drawing. 5.3 BEXCO will review the draft based on the contents of this manual and limitations, and will request the following additional materials from participating companies and service companies. The companies who receive the request should submit the requested materials to BEXCO as soon as possible. Scaffold (layer): Elevation drawing and floor plan, installation drawing of safety foothold and safety fence 5.4 Should requests be made for changes to the location of the electrical drop wire, water supply pipes, or compressed air pipes, among others, from the submitted floor plan, the requesting exhibitors shall bear all related costs. 5.5 Should any arbitrary changes made to the blueprint that was approved by the organizer be carried out in construction, the organizer may take any necessary measures, including suspending the power supply, and exhibitors shall bear all related costs. 6. Regulations on Booth Installation & Dismantlement 6.1 The Fire Services Act, general standards regarding the safety of construction structures, regulations of this exhibition, BEXCO's management regulations for event halls and safety construction manual apply for all works and equipment used in the exhibition centers. 6.2 Compulsory for structural safety inspection (submit design documents for construction and carry out structural safety inspection) Classification Compulsory for structural safety inspection Key Date Rigging point 14

The organizer requests the exhibitor and service companies to submit in writing the person in charge of managing the construction and the required number of contractor passes, and the exhibitor and service companies shall undertake the construction with only the number of persons applied for. (The organizer shall provide relevant application documents.) 1) Application period: September 5, ) Distribution period: September 19 to 23, ) Distribution venue: The gate of loading dock, Hall 2A. Contractor passes may only be used during the installation and dismantling periods. Anyone wearing a contractor pass will not be allowed access to the exhibition halls during the exhibition period. 6.4 No exhibitors are allowed to dismantle the booth before 08:00 on September 29, 2017, without the organizer's prior approval. 15

17 6.5 During installation or dismantling the exhibition materials, equipment and exhibits shall not be stocked on passageways, and any waste or cleanliness of the booth shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor. 6.6 Exhibitors delivering goods that exceed the height limit of 5 ton/ m2 and 1.5 ton/ m2 (Common ducts below exhibition Hall 1~3, Outdoor Area) shall fill in Raw Space Construction Application and submit it by August 25, Exhibitors shall restore the allocated area to its original state after the event and shall obtain confirmation from the organizer. 6.7 Exhibition Installation Materials and Setup 1) In consideration of the limited space and construction period, any on-site work (welding, sawing, etc.) is strictly prohibited. The booth design and construction plan must be devised so that construction within the exhibition halls can be completed with the assembly of pre-fabricated parts. 2) All materials used in booth construction shall be flame-retardant or non-combustible materials. Flame-retardant treatments should not be applied inside the exhibition hall. 3) Flammable materials (oils, gases, etc.) shall not be used in the exhibition hall. If deemed inevitable, prior approval should be obtained from the organizer. In this event, construction should be carried out under the supervision of a safety officer after the appropriate fire control materials have been prepared. 4) Painting is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition hall. (Approval will be required, if it is unavoidable) 5) The carpeting for the floor should use adhesive that can be easily removed. The floor condition should be inspected and confirmed by the organizer after the carpeting has been removed. 6) Constructors of island booths may not use nails or make holes on the ceiling, walls, floor, or pillars, among others, when putting up decorations or sign boards. 7) All booth ceilings must be open. For small-scale offices and reception areas, ceilings may be installed using flame-retardant material and with the prior approval of the organizer. 6.8 Flooring Work 1) All materials used in flooring work shall be installed with full consideration of visitors safety. 2) The "finishing" material of the flooring may be selected at the exhibitor's discretion. However, such materials should pose no danger to visitors and shall not create dust and shall be flameretardant or non-combustible. 3) The booth floor shall not exceed 10cm than the floor of the exhibition hall passageway. In addition, the side of the floor facing the aisle MUST have a gradual slope for the safety of the visitors. 6.9 Exhibitors shall restore the allocated area to its original state after the event and shall obtain confirmation from the organizer. If the exhibitor fails to comply with this requirement within the designated removal period, the organizer shall restore the area and request payment for expenses incurred. 16

Height Limit of Exhibition Booth Classification Height Exhibition area over 250m 2 7.5m Exhibition area between 100m 2 and 250m 2 Exhibition area under 100m 2 Exhibitors with an exhibition area under 100m 2 6m 5m no rigging allowed Height is measured from the bare ground of exhibition hall to the highest point of all structures, and other installations such as banners, etc. 7.1 The highest point of all structures installed on the floor shall be within the limits indicated in the above table (including all structures installed on walls). 7.2 The height limit of rigging structures is 9m (including the highest point of the rigging truss and truss installations). 7.3 This limit is an essential condition for the safe operation of the exhibition. Should this limit be exceeded, the organizer may suspend the power supply and request the dismantlement of the relevant structure. The exhibitor shall faithfully comply with the request of the organizer, including sharing any incurred costs. 7.4 Constructions over 4.8 m H 1) Structural safety inspection must be undertaken by BEXCO s authorized inspection agency and the result must be submitted to BEXCO 2) Design and construct pillars in the structure that can support the weight of upper structure properly 3) In the case where a pipe is used as a pillar, seamless carbon steel pipe over 100 mm* 4.5 t for ordinary piping should be used, and it should be installed from the bottom of the structure to the floor. The upper and lower plates should be designed and constructed in the proper size so that pillars will not fall down. 4) At least 5t plywood should be used for pillars. It is prohibited to use MDF. 5) An independent wall structure should be designed and constructed with proper width to prevent sliding or collapse due to physical impact, and if there is a concern about sliding or collapse after construction, the interior wall should be fixed with sandbags. 6) Apply wind speed for structural safety inspection for exhibition facility installed outdoors (15 m/s) 17

19 8. Multi-layer Booth Structure 8.1. Size of multi-layer 1) The area should be within 1/3 of the booth construction area. 2) More than 1/2 of the wall should be open. (Install the safety fence for the open part) 8.2 Lower frame and floor 1) The lower frame should be designed in a structural way so that it can bear a load over 450 kg/ m2. 2) Main material (vertical and horizontal frame): H-shaped steel (over SS400, 200x200x8x12t) should be used. 3) Subsidiary material (square pipe for the upper plate): Over SS400, 100x50x2.1t. 4) The interval between pillars should be 5 m or less, and welding or bolting should be used for designing and constructing the frame connection. 5) A base steel plate (over 500x10t) should be installed at the bottom of each pillar to prevent it from shaking. 6) The multi-layer floor should be designed and constructed with plywood (strength over 15t or equivalent). 7) Plywood and spare pipes should be connected firmly to prevent the floor from shaking or being separated. 8.3 Specification and structure of stairs (width) and entrance door 1) The width of stairs and the height of safety fence should be over 1.2 m, and a guide sign (Danger, etc.) should be attached to the safety fence. If the area of multi-layer exceeds 100 m2, the stairs should be installed so that the stairs lead in more than two directions. 2) The entrance door should be designed (constructed) to have a width over 0.9 m and open in the evacuation direction, and a rechargeable emergency light should be installed on top of the entrance door. 8.4 Installation of fire-fighting systems 1) Relevant Local Laws: Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Installation, Maintenance, and Safety Control of Fire-Fighting Systems Act and No. 1 Application standard of fire-fighting systems in Annex Table 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Same Act applies. 2) Installation target and position of auto-spreading fire extinguisher - Top of temporarily installed outdoor unit of air-conditioning and heating system (Place a fire extinguisher nearby so it is visible with the naked eye) - Top of a distribution box in the panel room inside of warehouse where it is difficult for a manager to enter. (Install a fire extinguisher on each distribution box) 18

20 - One fire extinguisher per ceiling area of 10 m2 in the case where finishing is applied to the ceiling 8.5 Installation of manual fire extinguisher 1) Panel room where it is difficult for a manager to enter (Manual fire extinguisher of one extinguishing capacity per floor area of 25 m2 ) 2) Multi-layer floor (Place one ABC-grade 3.3 Kg powder extinguisher per travel distance of 10m) 8.6 Installation of safety fence 1) In the case where construction is carried out on the multi-layer floor, construction should be carried out after installing the safety fence in order to preventing persons from falling. 4 2) If it is impossible to install the safety fence, the field representative should perform the role of safety manager on the site Multi-layer wooden structure 1) Only in case of less than 3m width, multi-layer wooden structure is allowed. 2) The main pillars and beams should be constructed with a square bar (over 200*200 mm) and the bottom should be fixed with an L-shaped angle iron. 3) A steel plate (over 5 mm) should be placed on the main pillars and beams and fixed using bolts and nuts to connect them 4) The case of multi-layer of steel structure applies for plywood and material on top of beam. 19

21 9. Instructions for Rigging 9.1 Rigging is only allowed in the vertical direction and rigging truss should be designed as an independent structure (no connection to the substructure) 9.2. 23 5 Day of construction: Acquire examination of materials (truss, motor, chain block, sling bar), confirmation that workers are wearing protective gear, and confirmation that a safety control line has been set up on the site, and carry out the construction. 6 Hoisting of truss: Hoist truss after acquiring the inspection and approval by the manager (no power supply if inspection is not carried out) 7 Event period: The field representative should carry out field safety inspection and management tasks 9-2 Requirements during Construction of Rigging Construction for rigging must be completed according to the structural safety review report issued by the structural safety review company, and if any modifications have been made to the design of floor plan or rigging point, the construction must be re-evaluated prior to implementation All workers must wear safety helmets, safety clothing, protective suits, and safety belts and shoes during rigging construction, and a safety zone must be set up below the construction area with access restricted so that no third party can approach the site The beam surface must be protected so as not to damage the H-beam The rigging truss must be an independent structure, and it must not be connected to any structures below The manager must stay inside the booth until it is completely dismantled and check for any damage or problems with the structure. Main and subsidiary materials for rigging Materials for rigging (chain block, wire, and motor) must not be rusty or damaged so as not to diminish the overall atmosphere of the exhibition. 1) Trusses must be made of an aluminum material (6000 series/t6) or better. 2) If installing a truss longer than 18m in a straight line, its dimensions must be 720mm x 560mm. If the weight of the attachment is less than 100kg, the truss may be 250 to 300mm. However, if a precise examination has been conducted of the truss and its safety verified, an exception may be made after the approval process. 3) Chain blocks and motors that have been safety tested and verified must be used, and they must have specifications higher than what is actually required to safely hold the rigging structure. 22

Electricity Installation 11.1 The basic electrical installation to be carried out by the organizer includes wiring to the booths and installation of No-Fuse-Breaker inside the booths. All electrical works inside the booth shall be performed by the exhibitor To ensure smooth operations in the exhibition hall, exhibitors using raw space booth shall select contractors from among those designated by BEXCO (Registered Company with BEXCO) to perform installation work and the organizer shall be informed of the selection If an exhibitor needs separate voltage or cycle to operate their exhibit, they may install transformers and converters at their own expense. 26 11.4 To prevent damage from a power outage, exhibitors shall take appropriate preventative measures Power shall be made available to exhibitors on a limited basis starting September 24, 2017 and will begin 30 minutes prior to the opening hour and shut off 30 minutes after the closing time during the exhibition period. However, the power for 24 hours usage shall be supplied with electricity for all day Breakers and electric outlets shall be installed at a height at least 30cm from the floor and shall be classified into those for exhibit operation or those for lighting. The exterior case of the motors used for the operation of exhibits shall be grounded with class-3 earthing works If electric heaters with a surface temperature exceeding 70 are to be used, appropriate safety barriers shall be installed with a separate display stand, over 20cm high, made of a non-combustible material. Furthermore, no carpeting shall be laid around said electric heaters and the walls near the heaters shall be protected by non-combustible materials All materials used in electrical works shall be new and standard products bearing KS (Korea Standard) marks approved by the Korean government. Exhibitors shall use only approved power cable The local lighting power cannot exceed 100W/ m V EV cable shall be used to every power supply capacity. 600V IV cable and PVC cord should not be used Electric outlets designed for 220V shall be used for power lines for which 220V is used Fire safety must be considered first when installing ornamental lighting, fluorescent lights or incandescent lights. Non-combustible materials shall be used for the installation place of these lights Electric lights, resistors and heat-producing equipment shall be installed away from flammable materials and firmly fixed to prevent them from being detached Electrical works shall be carried out in compliance with the regulations governing electrical equipment. Electric power shall be used only after safety inspections have been conducted by the organizer Exhibitors wishing to use power temporarily to assemble, adjust and test machines, or to install, dismantle or remove display systems shall submit an application to the organizer. However, the use of compressors, electric planes, electric saws, electric grinders and other electric tools inside the exhibition halls are prohibited Exhibitors wishing to repair the booth electrical systems during the exhibition period shall obtain prior approval from the organizer A member of the organizer's staffs shall frequently inspect the electrical systems inside the booths and while they are being tested in an effort to prevent electrical accidents. If any defects or defective materials are found during these inspections, the organizer may order the exhibitor to repair such defects and shut off power until the repairs are completed. 25

27 12. Lighting Installation 12.1 General lights within the exhibition hall are metal and halogen lamps of average brightness of lux Lighting systems for the exhibits shall be installed according to the characteristics of each exhibit, and visitor safety and fire prevention shall be considered. 13. Installation of Auxiliary Facilities 13.1 Telephone & Internet Installation 1) Upon the request of exhibitor, the organizer shall install telephone and internet lines from the existing facilities to the exhibition booths separately for domestic or international telephone or internet lines at the request of exhibitor. Telephones and their numbers will be provided to respective exhibitors. 2) Exhibitors using telephones must return them when dismantling. In the event that telephones or other facilities are lost, damaged or rendered defective, the exhibitor will be liable for repair or restoration. 3) No settlement shall be made for the usage of telephone and internet after the closure of the exhibition Water Supply and Drainage Installation 1) Upon the request of exhibitor, the organizer shall install water pipe lines from existing facilities to the exhibitor's booth according to the following specs; Water Supply and Drainage Classification Water Pressure Pipe Size Water Supply 4kg/ cm2 ø20 Water Drainage - ø80 2) If there is any danger of machines becoming damaged due to water being cut off or a drop in water pressure, the exhibitor shall install protective devices. The organizer shall not be responsible for any way for the damage that may result in. 3) Exhibitors must cut off their water supply upon closure of the exhibition. 4) No settlement shall be made for the usage of water supply and drainage after the closure of the exhibition Compressed Air Supply 1) Upon the request of the exhibitor, the organizer shall install compressed air services from existing facilities to the exhibition booth according to the following specs. 26

28 Compressed Air Pressure 5kg/ cm2 Pipe Size ø20 2) If there is any danger of machines becoming damaged during testing due to a pressure drop, the exhibitor shall be responsible for the installation of protective devices. 3) Exhibitors must cut off their compressed air supply valve and check for safety upon closure of the exhibition. 4) No settlement shall be made for the compressed air after the closure of the exhibition. 14. Conservation of Exhibit Materials and Disposal of Waste 14.1 In order to conserve resources and energy, all exhibit materials used in the exhibition hall shall be designed and constructed with plans to recycle and save materials All exhibits shall be brought into the halls with all packing materials removed. If an exhibit is brought in with the packing materials included due to unavoidable circumstances, such packing materials shall be stored in an appropriate place and reused when the exhibit is removed In particular, exhibitors using independent booths should supervise the constructor to minimize industrial waste such as Styrofoam, vinyl, carpet and glass. Exhibitors should also make a contract with constructors conditional on the constructors collecting the waste 14.4 Recycled paper shall be used for PR materials whenever possible and the use of coated paper should be prohibited Exhibitors shall make every effort to minimize the generation of waste. 15. Safety Regulations 15.1 All workers are required to wear safety helmets. (Any worker without a safety helmet is not allowed to enter the exhibition hall) 15.2 Exhibits and all other materials within the exhibition hall should be incombustible according to the Fire Prevention Regulations The organizer may ask participants to take appropriate fire safety precautions and the participants must comply No smoking is allowed in the exhibition center, and a designated smoking room outside should be used. 27

29 15.5 Explosives, flammable materials and other dangerous materials may not be brought into the exhibition hall. The use of such materials within a limited scope may be allowed if required for demonstration Dangerous articles should not be brought into the exhibition center, and dangerous types of articles are defined as follows. 1) Oils such as gasoline and kerosene and flammable gas containers such as propane gas 2) Generators of flammable gases 3) Electrical heating device for cooking 4) Explosives 5) Other items which the organizer believes could cause fire, explosion and other accidents Exhibitors shall maintain an ABC type (4.5kg) fire extinguisher for each 100m If exhibitors fail to arrange fire extinguishers during the exhibition, the organizer may install such equipment, in which case the exhibitors shall pay all expenses The amount of fuel allowed to deliver and test exhibit cars and machines is less than 5l Exhibitors who need to handle flammable and other dangerous materials for unavoidable reasons during the period of the exhibition shall fill out Raw Space Construction Application and submit this to the organizer by August 25, Documents submitted shall be reviewed by BEXCO and the results of the review shall be forwarded to the exhibitor. Only approved exhibitors may handle the above materials, in which case they must comply with the instructions given by the organizer and BEXCO The approved exhibitors shall use dangerous materials in accordance with the provisions of Fire Prevention Regulations and High-pressure Gas Safety Management Regulations Persons handling dangerous materials should possess a license issued by the Korean Government. 28

31 Ⅳ. Management Regulations 1. Admission to Exhibition Hall 1.1 ITU Telecom World 2017 will be open for eight hours from 10am to 6pm, and entry will be allowed up to one hour prior to the closing time. However, opening time on the first day of exhibition (September 25, 2017) is just after the opening ceremony. 1.2 Booth Attendants 1) The booth attendants shall arrive at their booths before the opening time of the exhibition every day to ensure they can open in time. Attendants shall leave the area after conducting daily safety inspection within 30 minutes of closing time and cutting off power. 2) Exhibitor's Passes 1 Pass for exhibition period (RFID card) - Passes for the staff at the booth of the exhibitor, including those from outsourced companies and exhibition guides will be made available only to those on the list submitted by the exhibitor. - The RFID card admits or refuses the entrance of the card holder when a person enters the exhibition hall by recognizing their face and personal information. - The card pass for the exhibition period is valid during the exhibition period - The organizer installs and operates the Registration Desk for changing RFID cards from September 22 nd (Friday) to September 28 th (Thursday). The desk is open from 09:00 to 18:00. 2 Pass for installation/dismantling period - This pass is different from the exhibitor pass and only valid for installation/dismantling period. - The number of passes shall vary depending on the organizer s guidelines. - If installation providers have to enter the halls for repairs and maintenance of exhibits and installations, they shall be allowed to enter the hall using this pass after the opening hours. 3) Exhibitors shall visit the designated distribution site from September of 2017 to receive the passes in person. (Information on the distribution site will be available soon) 2. Parking 2.1 Cargo Trucks 3 free hours for cargo trucks carrying exhibits and equipment during the period of installation and dismantling. (only for the loading area which is the back area of the exhibition hall) 1) Period: Period of Installation & Dismantling 30

If the exhibitor fails to comply with this requirement, the organizer shall restore the facilities and the relevant expenses shall be borne by the exhibitors. 3.2 Booth Attendants should arrive 1 hour prior to the opening time in order to open the exhibition on time. Exhibitors should finish checking the conditions 30 minutes after the closing time with light off. 3.3 Any accident occurring inside a booth shall be reported to the organizer immediately. Settlement shall be the responsibility of the exhibitors. 31

33 4. Visitor Management 4.1 The booth attendant shall always stay in their booth to provide services to visitors and to preserve and maintain exhibits. As many visitors are expected on weekend and public holiday, proper measures should be established to effectively manage and guide guests within the booths during these days. 4.2 If deemed necessary to ensure visitor safety, the organizer may request exhibitors to take appropriate safety measures temporarily or for the entire period of exhibition. In such case, exhibitors shall take immediately action. 5. In-booth Manager 5.1 Exhibitors shall submit the information of their responsible in-booth managers such as company, name and contact to the organizing office by before September 5, If such a manager needs to be replaced, details of such changes must be notified in advance to the organizing office, and such managers shall provide active cooperation to the sponsoring organization for the smoothest operation of the exhibition. 5.3 The booth attendants shall always stay in the booths to prevent theft or other accidents, and shall immediately report any accidents to the organizer. 6. Exhibit Management 6.1 Exhibit management and related materials displayed in the booth shall be the responsibility of the exhibitors. 6.2 The organizer shall not be responsible for any damage, theft, and fire sustained by the exhibitors, including the exhibits. Exhibitors shall therefore take appropriate prevention measures. 6.3 All exhibits that can be operated shall be installed, taking all the necessary precautions to prevent injuries and accidents to visitors. 6.4 Maintenance or repair of exhibits is prohibited during the period of exhibition. If it is necessary due to an unavoidable situation, exhibitors shall obtain approval from the organizer and perform such work after taking all required safety measures. 6.5 Exhibits shall not be stored in the passageway. 32

34 7. Vehicle Entrance to Exhibition Halls 7.1 After passageway carpeting construction and during exhibition period no vehicles are allowed to enter into the exhibition halls. 7.2 During the exhibition period additional display, installation and exchange are prohibited. If exchange of installed exhibits is inevitable due to overall problems, such work can be allowed after the exhibition hour in full consideration of the hall situation with the organizer's prior approval. 8. Demonstration of Exhibits 8.1 Exhibitors may carry out demonstration of their exhibits in their booths only after obtaining prior approval from the organizer. Exhibitors shall take all necessary safety precautions to prevent injury, property damage, fire or interference with other people during the demonstration. Excessive noise, light, heat, dust, gas, foul odor or vibration are not allowed. 8.2 If the organizer judges that a demonstration may hinder the proper maintenance of the exhibition hall, management, order and public safety, the organizer shall reserve the right to restrict or suspend the demonstration as a prevention measure even if said demonstration has been approved. 9. Events within Booth 9.1 Exhibitors may voluntarily hold events within their booths during the exhibition period, provided that said events do not interfere with the exhibition's prospectus or the activities of other booths. 9.2 Event within booth shall be within the prospectus of the ITU Telecom World Events shall not hinder the operation of other exhibitors with noise, light or smoke, nor shall they induce competition with other exhibitors. If the event results in protests from other exhibitors or creates any inconvenience to visitors, the organizer may suspend said events, even if prior approval has been obtained. 9.3 The organizer may stop the event if the event differs from that reported. The organizer shall not be responsible for any way for any damage that may result in. 10. Audio and Visual System Usage 10.1 The organizer may restrict noise within the exhibition hall to create a pleasant environment and promote visitor comfort In any case, the maximum sound level shall not exceed 55dB(A) at booth borderlines. Furthermore, sound generated from an exhibitor's system shall not exceed the neighboring sound system's level and shall not be loud enough to cause damage to neighboring booths. 33

35 10.3 The organizer may change the position of the sound source at any time to limit the sound range. During the exhibition, the organizer may check the sound level at any time. If any neighboring booth files a protest, the Organizer may instruct the exhibitors to reduce the volume or may suspend use of the speakers. If necessary, the organizer may shut off the power to the booth. 34
