2 Page2 EXHIBIT GUIDELINES, RULES & REGULATIONS shall provide the following BARE / RAW exhibit spaces a. 2m x 3m b. 1.5m x 4m from January 17, 2014 to January 19, INGRESS 1.1. Ingress schedule: Date: January 16, 2014 (Thursday) Time: 11:00 am 8:00 pm. Last entry is at 7:00 pm. THE SMX Convention Center security shall not allow ingress before and beyond this duration Location of Ingress: SMX CONVENTION CENTER FUNCTION ROOMS 2, 3& 4 Ingress Entrance: SMX CONVENTION CENTER Delivery Bay Area via Freight Elevators & Car Lift Elevator. 3 Page3 1.3 Ingress is strictly thru the Delivery Bay Area located at the back of SMX Convention Center Building (facing Manila Bay). No ingress shall be allowed using the main entrance of the building even during the event proper. SMX CONVENTION CENTER DELIVERY BAY AREA

4 Page4 1.4 Delivery at the third floor is via the freight elevators and car lift located at the delivery bay area. 1.5 After unloading exhibit equipment and other materials, exhibitors must park their vehicles at the designated parking areas. 1.6 The Basement Parking may be used for vehicles / trucks who need to park BEFORE or AFTER delivery of exhibit goods, subject to carkpark fee. Carpark vertical clearance is 2.4 meters. Open parking areas near the SMX Convention Center are also available for big delivery / container trucks. 1.7 Parking areas inside the Mall of Asia Complex are as follows: Parking Location: SMX Convention Center Basement Parking Rate: P per entry 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Parking Location: SMX Convention Center Open Parking Rate: P30.00 per entry 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Parking areas within the SMX Convention Center Complex are owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings. Traffic management inside the SMX Complex is managed by SM Traffic Management Personnel.

5 Page5 1.8 Exhibitors must have their GATE PASS signed by personnel stationed at the Delivery Bay Area. Four (4) copies are required one for the Organizer and one must be submitted to the guard on duty. Remaining two (2) copies should be kept by Exhibitor and submitted to the guard on duty during the Egress. 1.9 Contractors / Workers shall be given a contractor pass each during the ingress. Contractor passes shall only be valid until 9:00 am of Friday, January 17, Exhibitor IDs shall be distributed during Ingress. Each exhibitor shall be given three (3) IDs during Ingress. Request for additional IDs should be submitted on or before December 9, 2013(Monday). Beyond this date, there will be a charge of Ten pesos (P10.00) per card including replacement requests for lost IDs Exhibitor IDs are required for personnel who will man the booths during the 3-day exhibit WEAR YOUR ID. STRICTLY NO ID. NO ENTRY. PROPER DRESS CODE WILL ALSO BE IMPLEMENTED. 2. EXHIBIT PROPER 2.1 Day 1: January 17, Exhibitors may enter the exhibit hall at 6:00 am through the back door of SMX Convention Center Function Rooms 2, 3 & 4. This is also the access for replenishment of items/delivery of materials for the event duration. 2.2 No early entry and delivery of materials will be allowed through the main lobby entrance. The main lobby serves as entrance for the visitors during official event hours. 2.3 Exhibit spaces must be properly manned at all times beginning 9:45 am until 8:00 p.m. on January 17, 18 & 19, th Edition shall be open to the public at exactly 10:00 am on January 17, 18 & 19, 2014.

6 Page6 2.5 shall constantly be doing rounds to ensure that everything is in order. Concerns /issues may be directed to these Marshals or to the Exhibitor s Help Desk for the duration of the exhibit. 2.6 WEAR YOUR ID. STRICTLY NO ID. NO ENTRY. PROPER DRESS CODE WILL ALSO BE IMPLEMENTED. 3. EGRESS 3.1 Egress schedule: Date: January 19, 2014 (Sunday) Time: 8:30 pm 12:00 midnight. Last entry of Guest & Soon-to-Wed is at 8:00 pm. Follow the official egress schedule. No one will be allowed to pull out any item prior to the prescribed schedule 3.2 EXIT at: BACK of. 3.3 Exhibitors must have their GATE PASS signed by staff. This is the remaining two (2) copies of GATE PASS kept by Exhibitor that was presented during Ingress. If exhibitors lost their GATE PASS, ask Getting Married Bridal Fair staff for blank copy of GATE PASS, accomplished the GATE PASS form and have it signed by staff. It shall be collected by the SMX Security upon egress. 3.4 Pull-out of items will be thru the delivery bay area via freight elevators and car lift. No one will be allowed to bring out items through the main entrance and pre-function lobby. 3.5 Pull out of items using escalators and passenger elevators will not be allowed. 3.6 Exhibitors with hired Contractors / Workers must get the Contractor Passes from the staff on Sunday, January 19, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Contractor passes will be valid only until 12 midnight. 3.7 Leaving of items after the egress schedule is not allowed. Exhibitors who fail to pick up their items shall be charged a storage of P per company per day. Items not picked up after three (3) days shall be disposed of. 4. SECURITY & MAINTENANCE 4.1 IDs shall be issued to all (i.e. Exhibitors, guests, The Organizer Staff and contractors). Exhibitor IDs shall be distributed during ingress. Strictly No-Id-No-Entry.

7 Page7 4.2 Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of their good including, bhut no limited to gifts, prizes, exhibits, props, displays, gadgets and equipment and other materials at all times. Getting Married Bridal fair deployed Security Guards and Janitors during the vent for general security and maintenance of the hall. 4.3 Janitors are not allowed to enter exhibitors booth for security reasons. You may leave your garbage in the aisles for pick up of janitors.

8 Page8 4.4 EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE IN CLEANING AND SECURING SAFETY OF OWN BOOTHS. IT S ADVISABLE TO USE SAFETY LOCK FOR YOUR GADGETS.

9 Page9 GETTING 4.5 MARRIED CORPORATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXHIBITORS BELONGINGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS.

SET-UP GUIDELINES 5.1 CONTRACTORS REMINDER Exhibitors utilizing the services of exhibit booth contractors other than MSDGodspeed shall have to pay the Supervision/Responsibility Fee (SRF) as per SMX guidelines. SRF must be paid directly to MSDGodspeed. SRF Amount: P280/sqm. *Note: We strongly discourage exhibitors in using other contractors other than MSDGodspeed. This is to avoid damages that will be done by other contractors. However if exhibitors will use their own people/staff there will be no Supervision/ Responsibility Fee (SRF).

11 Page CONTRACTORS AS WELL AS EXHIBITORS SHOULD BE PROPERLY ATTIRED EVEN DURING INGRESS / EGRESS. WEARING OF SLIPPERS, SHORTS, SLEEVELESS SHIRTS AND SANDO WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

12 Page FOOTWEAR THAT WILL EXPOSE THE TOE NAILS AND THAT EXPOSES ANY PART OF THE FOOT SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SMX BUILDING DURING INGRESS AND EGRESS.

13 Page PAINTING AND VARNISHING INSIDE THE HALL ARE NOT ALLOWED. ALL SET-UP/DISPLAYS SHOULD BE PRE-FABRICATED AND PRE-PAINTED. SPRAY PAINTING, WELDING, LOUD AND BOISTEROUS HAMMERING AND DRILLING WITHIN THE EXHIBIT HALL ARE NOT ALLOWED.

14 Page14 (A)ANY KIND OF 5.4 PAINT FOUND INSIDE THE HALL WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CONFISCATED.

15 Page (B) NAILS AND SCREWS SHALL NOT BE DRIVEN NOR HOLES BE DRILLED ONTO THE WALLS, FLOOR, DOORS, PILLARS OR OTHER PARTS OF THE EXHIBITION HALL.

16 Page EXHIBITORS SHALL PROVIDE CARPET PROTECTORS AT ALL TIMES DURING BOOTH SET-UP. EXHIBITORS USING SPOTLIGHTS MUST MOUNT THEIR SPOTLIGHTS ON A 3/4 THICK PLYWOOD BOARD.

17 Page EXHIBITORS SHALL NOT BRING ANYTHING OF FLAMMABLE OR EXPLOSIVE NATURE, OR ANY APPARATUS, OR MACHINERY WHICH CAUSE ODORS, TREMORS, OR NOISE AND WHICH MAY EXPOSE THE EXHIBITION, THE VENUE AND ITS PARTICIPANTS TO FIRE OR INCREASE FIRE HAZARDS. 5.7 Please deliver the exhibit items straight to your booths. Leaving items in the loading bay or common walkways is strictly prohibited. SMX and Getting Married Bridal Fair will not be liable for any loss or damage to your items. 5.8 Items should not be dragged to avoid damages on the floor / carpet. If you are using delivery carts, make sure that they have rubber rollers. Display must not exceed floor area perimeters set by and agreed upon by the exhibitor. Maximum height for displays is ten (10) feet.

18 Page Pushcarts and other heavy objects are not allowed in the lobby elevators and escalators. Delivery of any items to the third floor is thru the freight elevators Use of strong adhesives like packaging tape, glue gun, etc. is not allowed on any surfaces of the venue Nails and screws shall not be driven nor holes be drilled in the walls, doors, pillars or other parts of the exhibition hall Back panels of displays must be visually appealing. Unfinished back panels shall not be allowed. 6. FOOD & BEVERAGES 6.1 Exhibitors shall be allowed to bring packed meals ONLY during Ingress. 6.2 As per SMX guidelines, bringing of food or having of food delivered and eating within the exhibit booth shall not be allowed during the exhibit dates: January 17, 18 & 19, In difference to Josiah s Catering the Major Sponsors, caterers and hotels SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED to conduct food sampling. Only wines, cakes, edible souvenir products, alternative desserts and beverages suppliers maybe conduct sampling. 6.4 Except for wines, strictly NO SELLING AND RETAILING of food and beverages products. 7. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & POWER ALLOCATION 7.1 All electrical mainline connections to the exhibit space must be carried out or inspected by Official Contractor: Godspeed. 7.2 Electrical outlets shall be provided 500 watts per exhibit space. Beyond 500 watts, the exhibitor must coordinate with staff for proper allocation and charges. 8. MERCHANDISING GUIDELINES 8.1 Products or services not part of the official 5 th Edition List of Exhibitors shall NOT be allowed to be promoted during the event. Distribution of marketing collaterals with names, logos and /or contact details of non-participating event, product or service shall not be allowed. 8.2 Only merchandising materials of participating Exhibitors shall be allowed to be displayed at 5 th Edition. 8.3 Distribution of merchandising materials (i.e. brochures, leaflets, etc.) and product samples must be within the confines of an exhibitor s display area.

OTHERS 9.1 Picture taking within the exhibit hall is absolutely prohibited except for members of the press; Exhibitors may take pictures ONLY of their own display. 9.2 In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these guidelines, the decision of Organizer shall be final. 10. LIABILITIES 11. FORCE MAJEURE 10.1 Exhibitor shall be held solely responsible and shall be immediately charged for loss or damage to properties of Organizer, SMX Convention Center or other Exhibitors caused by themselves, their employees, contractors, and/or their participation in the exhibit, which may occur during the entire exhibition, inclusive of ingress and egress periods Exhibitor assumes all responsibilities and releases any rights, actions, or claims against Organizer, its officers & employees, the venue management, contractors and affiliates, for any liabilities and damages, including, but not limited to, any food-borne illnesses and death, arising out of or in connection with Exhibitors use of its own products and services for sampling / selling during Getting Married Bridal Fair 5 th Edition January 17, 18 & 19, 2014, inclusive of ingress and egress periods Proper decorum at all times is required of all Exhibitors. Any unruly behavior that threatens organizers /other Exhibitors life, property, goodwill, reputation, and/or right to an environment that is conducive to conduct business shall cause the termination of the erring exhibitor s participation without refund of any and all payments The exhibit may be shortened or postponed due to any cause whatsoever beyond the control of Organizer. Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss sustained by the exhibitor directly or indirectly attributable to the elements of nature or by events of force majeure or any mishaps that may occur during the exhibit run, including orders or directives imposed by any government authority.
