3 2 Condo Flare s designer products are not only green friendly in material as well as the manufacturing process. All of our products are handmade and inspected by qualified personnel. For our engineered concrete, we have created a blend using fiber reinforced magnesium phosphate cement; not just because of its favorable characteristics as a countertop material but also for its green natural origin as appose to chemically processed and reactive Portland cement. Many of our fireplaces use ethanol based bio-fuel, a renewable source of energy made from very common crops such as sugar cane and corn. As ethanol burns clean without odor, sot or messy clean ups it is also vent free as it burns into clean water vapor. MANTEL COLOUR GUIDE Cast Stone Cast stone is a real limestone base cast. It uses real crushed limestone sands on the surface of the product without any additives or color pigmentation. For lightweight and strength, the limestone surface cast is reinforced with gypsum and mesh backing. Paint Grade White Polished Cast Stone With all the characteristics of Cast Stone with added features of color pigmentation, filled and polished. Polished Stone Red Chocolate

39 38 COUNTER TOP COLOUR GUIDE Engineered Concrete Imagine a material that sees no limitations when it comes to shape, size, color, texture or strength. A material that surpasses the imagination of its creator, while being environmentally friendly. That material is engineered Concrete. All of Condo Flare s cast countertops, sinks and shower tiles are hand casted using this engineered formula. It has an impregnated sealer for improved water resistance along with embedded fibers allowing a single thin cast slab of only 3/4 thick made up to 4 by 4 wide. With cement base additives such as Pozzolans and Forton polymers, it reaches tinsel strength next to granite and the ability to buff into a high gloss finish if desired. FIRING OPTIONS Electric The electric powered option includes a 30 Dimplex Heat & Glo unit. With their patented real 3D simulated fire combined with a multi phase high efficient remote heater Dimplex it is second to none of its imitators Eco Bio-Fuel Alcohol Ventless, odorless and approved for indoor use. Architects, designers and builders can now feel 100% confident in recommending amazingly green and efficient Bio-Fuel fireplaces to their clients. Eco Bio-Fuel Cans Ignite your senses with real flame. Depending on the model of fireplace it may use 1 to 3 16 oz burner Canisters. Burning at 3,000 BTU per hour, each can burns for 2-3 hours depending on your home environment, age of product & storage. Eco Bio-Fuel Streamline Tray A popular trend amongst designers and architects some of condo flares wall unit fireplaces offer the use of the streamline tray, creating a unique widescreen linear fire. The streamline tray takes 2L of Biofuel with burn time of 3-5 hours depending on home environment. Creating up to 6,500 BTU per hour.
