3 WRIGHT BUILDING COMPANY OUR HISTORY Kelly and Chris Wright have been building and renovating homes in Fairfield and Westchester counties since They were joined by Erno Bacso in Over the years, we ve developed a sophisticated range of advanced service offerings by applying experience, process, skill and communication to every job. 4 LEADERSHIP TEAM IN REMEMBRANCE OF KELLY WRIGHT We recently lost our beloved Kelly Wright. Those that knew Kelly can attest to his generosity and constant good will. His positive spirit and enthusiasm were contagious and he was a pillar of support for family and friends alike. As we reflect on Kelly s wonderful life we also look to the future. In honor of Kelly s legacy we are dedicated to moving Wright Building Company forward to ensure that the business that he helped build will continue for many years to come. CHRIS WRIGHT VICE PRESIDENT After a successful tour in the USAF, Chris joined his brother Kelly s ERNO BACSO VICE PRESIDENT Erno came to the U.S. from Romania in 2005 and began working for construction business in Chris is responsible for client relations, the Wright brothers as an intern. He rapidly advanced to Project Su- and works closely with the controller to monitor job costs and bud- pervisor, then Project Manager. In 2011 he transitioned to Partner. gets. He is also in charge of safety compliance, warranty issues and qualifying new subcontractors. Erno runs the HomeWorks division and is responsible for project management, estate management and maintaining key relationships with Chris is married with three children and is involved in Habitat for Architects and Interior Designers. Humanity and St. Jude s Children s Research Hospital. He has an engineering degree from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca. He lives in Fairfield with his wife and two daughters. 6 7
