2 About the Team The Architect As founder and President of Oz Architects, Don Ziebell is responsible for maintaining the high level of design quality, creativity and responsiveness to client s needs. Mr. Ziebell has over 30 years of experience on a wide range of project types throughout the west coast, Mexico, and Hawaii. Well-known projects such as the Silverleaf Clubhouse and Spa in Scottsdale, The Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Kukui ula Plantation Clubhouse and Spa in Kauai, The Hermosa Inn Paradise Valley, Superstition Mountain Golf Clubhouse, Seven Canyons in Sedona, Glenwild Golf Club in Park City, Utah, as well as over 30 custom homes have all cemented the firm s reputation for attention to quality and timeless design. These projects have received over 50 local, regional and national awards; in addition, Mr. Ziebell was named a Master of the Southwest by Phoenix Home and Garden magazine in He founded and remains the sole owner of Antiquities Imports, a business dedicated to importing authentic, antique and reclaimed elements that are utilized in a number of the firm s projects as a means to achieving a uniquely high level of authenticity and quality. The Builder Rod and Kim Cullum are the founders of Cullum Homes in Scottsdale, Arizona. Now in its 30th year, it is a Design/Build/Renovations company that offers the full spectrum of services to their clients. As a second-generation established firm, all aspects of the client experience, including architectural design, communications, home construction, renovations and ongoing client care and service have been developed and refined over many years to provide an enjoyable, creative and satisfying experience for our homeowners.
