9 SYSTEM - Pipe in screed Overview Technical Data Our pipe in screed system secures the pipes using a clip system fixed into the insulation. The insulation is laid directly onto the subfloor. SYSTEM PIPE IN SCREED Maximum Heat Output up to 100 W/M2 Recommended Flow Temp 55 *C The insulation type and thickness will be chosen to meet the buildings requirements on both thermal conductivity and floor zone constraints. The systems will also have a visqueen layer and 8mm perimeter strip. Our Pipe in screed system is suitable for most floor finishes and compatible for both traditional and flowing screed. Maximum Circuit Length Maximum coverage per circuit 100 LM (Dependant on pipe centres) 25M2 (Dependant on pipe centres) 9

10 SYSTEM - Pipe in slab Overview Technical Data The pipe within a slab system is designed for use in structural concrete floors. The pipe is fixed directly to the mesh prior to the concrete slab being laid or alternatively clipped to the insulation and overlaid by mesh. The insulation type and thickness will be chosen to meet the buildings requirements on both thermal conductivity and floor zone constraints. 11 SYSTEM - Floating floor system Overview Technical Data The floating floor system is designed for use typically where height is imperative in refurbishments. SYSTEM Maximum Heat Output FLOATING FLOOR SYSTEM up to 80 W/M2 The pipe is laid within the high density low profile boards which are laid directly onto the existing floor. Preformed return bends are used at each end of the room. The floating floor system is suitable for most floor finishes and can receive tiles or laminate directly. Recommended Flow Temp 55 *C Maximum Circuit Length 70 LM Maximum coverage per circuit 12-20M2 11

12 SYSTEM - Diffusion plate Overview Technical Data The diffusion plate system is designed for use between floor joists or a battened floor. This system is suited to both refurbishment projects and new builds. The Diffusion Plates are fixed between the floor joists or battens. The pipe is laid within the heat plates. Beneath the plates insulation is installed to reflect any downward heat loss from the plates. The insulation type and thickness will be chosen to meet the buildings requirements. SYSTEM DIFFUSION PLATE Maximum Heat Output up to 60 W/M2 Recommended Flow Temp 60 *C Maximum Circuit Length 80 LM Maximum coverage per circuit 20 M2 Plywood is laid directly on the plates to receive finishes. This system is suitable for most floor finishes. 12
