42 High Performance Application Primer Epoxy Vapor barrier if determined as needed during testing or if it is determined that the substrate is extremely porous and may cause out gassing. Generally applied from 3 to 5 mils. Base Coat 100% Solids Pigmented Epoxy to increase durability and thickness of the over all flooring system and act as a color base. Generally applied at 10 mils or 160 square feet per gallon. Reflective Enhancer Coat A 100% solids epoxy application with the desired metallic color. Applied from 25 to 20 mils thick or 60 to 80 square feet per gallon. Clear Epoxy Top Coat An application of clear 100% solids UV resistant epoxy at 10 mils or 160 square feet per gallon. Protective Coat (Optional but recommended): urethane top coat applied from 3 to 5 mils thick, with or without aluminum oxide additive depending on the texture, shine and abrasion resistance desired.
