Manufactured from 1.2mm thick zinc coated mild steel. True vertical lock seam joints. Top and bottom rails spot welded in position. Prepared for flush fitting hardware and suitably reinforced for surface mounted hardware supplied by Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. Frames: Formed to standard profiles (see Step 5 overleaf). Manufactured from 1.6mm thick zinc coated mild steel. Supplied in knock-down form for ease of site assembly. Technical Data Sheets available on request.
