There is nothing quite like natural timber veneers to create warmth, depth and aesthetic interest. The interplay of light on the polished natural grain creates interplays of light and texture not achievable by any manufactured process. But creating linings with veneer, especially for large areas, is not as easy as it sounds. Natural timber veneers have a complex personality, being much more consistent within a flitch or logs than solid timber can ever be, but revealing dramatic variations between batches. While it could be argued that true beauty is always accompanied by unpredictable moods it is always disappointing to be slapped in the face by a wall that is perfectly consistent except for 1 or 2 panels that stick out like a patch. And that is before the effect of natural aging starts changing its tone and colour! This is when it helps to be able to call on someone with the experience to guide you through the potential pitfalls of using veneers. 6 COLOUR 2-pack Solid Colour Supacolour is our premium finishing system for solid colours. Like a chameleon, Supacolour can become any colour to match the needs of the project. Working from a colour reference or matched to a sample you can be sure of a perfect match to your design intent or other finishes. You can also choose from a range of Metallic or Pearlescent finishes. Supacolour means quality and so by utilising qualified French Polishers with an average of more than 20 years spraying experience each ensures the panels are silky smooth to the touch, blemish free, and gloss levels and colours are consistent every time. The 2 pack finish is extremely durable, resistant to abrasion, graffiti and high impact dents. The surface simply wipes clean. The finish is stable and will not discolour with age or light. The panels conform to your Green Star rating because all panels are fully cured and gassed off before they leave the factory and are E0 low Formaldehyde. 7 AUS NZ UK Concept Veneers & Colours Supafinish is a range of a concept veneer finishes which realistically reproduce the appearance of natural timber veneers without the disadvantages of variations in grain, shade and gloss. Every panel matches perfectly. The surface is also very durable, impact and chip resistant plus it just wipes clean with a damp cloth. Supafinish eliminates all problems with rough and mismatched exposed panel edges. An outstanding feature of this is that it can be applied to the flat or contoured edges of a panel to create a seamless smooth edge. The Supafinish bonding process requires no solvent, resulting in a non-toxic environmentally friendly panel product that has no VOC emissions. This is a benefit in gaining a high Green Star rating. This finish is suitable for use in all Supaline projects and can be mixed with other products in our range to blend together in the same interior. This gives you flexible product choices without jeopardising the look of your interior design through mismatched colours and finishes. Supafinish is available in eight timber finishes as well as black, white and silver. It also comes in Hoop Pine which is an excellent alternative to traditional Hoop Pine panelling.
