11 Earthquake Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Authority To meet the challenge of Reconstruction & Rehabilitation the Government of Pakistan Established the: The Earthquake Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Authority in Apr Hybrid Organization - Civil Services - Army - Private Sector - International consultants Administratively part of the Prime Minister s Secretariat. Functionally autonomous-works under a Board of Directors comprising members from the private and public sectors
