3 3 SIMPLE STEPS After renovation and treatment with Liwa OdorControl system for odor removal, the basement smell is completely gone, I am very happy and satisfied, says Lars-Ove Sandberg, owner. The basement in Kinna had a typical basement smell that probably had arisen from water-damage. After treatments to decrease moisture exposure, the walls were cleaned and treated with Liwa OdorControl system for odor control in 3 steps. The first step was the treatment of the walls, after sanitation and renovation, with Liwa OdorControl Primer, which eliminates the odors in the walls and creates a good surface for continued treatments. In step 2, Liwa OdorControl Barrier Paint is applied, creating a barrier against residual odors and preventing the release of compounds which can cause discoloration. In the third and final step, the wall is painted with Liwa OdorControl Topcoat, a high-quality wall and ceiling paint which eliminates bad odors and can be mixed to the desired color. 7 Instructions Liwa OdorControl system for odor removal Maintenance Liwa OdorControl system for odor removal instantly removes foul odors indoors from, for instance, smoke, urine and mold. When needed, Liwa OdorControl Primer can be used to maintain surfaces and spaces indoors which are continuously exposed to foul odors and are in need of repeated odor removal. Step 1. Sanitize, renovate and treat Prior to treatment with Liwa OdorControl system for odor removal, spaces with odor problems must be sanitized and renovated using relevant methods. Liwa OdorControl system for odor removal is not a replacement for conventional sanitation and renovation after, for instance, fire or mold, where all damaged material is replaced or cleaned. After conventional sanitation and renovation, ceilings and walls in the odor-damaged space are treated with Liwa OdorControl Primer with a mister or low-pressure sprayer.
