2 Your Value, Our Promise Twelve Oaks is a Canadian-based flooring supplier and distributor. The Twelve Oaks name is inspired by the plantation in Gone with the Wind, symbolizing a time when quality, detail, durability and fine craftsmanship was paramount. We have been in the flooring industry for over a decade, mainly catering to flooring specialty stores across Canada, from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island. Today, hundreds of selected stores are carrying the Twelve Oaks brand. We have a dedicated in-house marketing and product development team that works closely with designers across North America. We always stay innovative by developing new products, technologies and installation methods, all while staying on the forefront of trends and fashion. Twelve Oaks never compromises on quality or safety. Our manufacturers are only chosen after a long and arduous process where the production is carefully scrutinized from top to bottom with particular emphasis on consistent quality and environmental health safety. All of our manufacturers have passed the most stringent industry quality and emission standards, namely CARB-II and/or FloorScore. Every shipment of product is closely examined by Twelve Oaks highly trained Quality Control team, who reside at the manufacturing facility full-time. You will experience a different level of service when you partner with us. We pride ourselves on a 24-hour response time for all claims and inquiries. Our average fill rate is over 90%.
